Our first 48 hours we had no air conditioning. We were
told maintenance would come the first day. They never came and the property never contacted us. We reached out again. The maintenance staff tried their best. Ultimately we had to move to another condo and spend more time packing and moving during our vacation. Very disappointed in the property management and lack of communication.

The condo we rented was very nice.
Minimal cookware but we ate out mostly. Vacuum available, would have liked a simple broom for easy clean ups. Beds were VERY firm.
Perfectly located near pool and fitness room.

Condo was very spacious WOW was amazed. Housekeeping had missed/overlooked “several” things we didn’t make a big deal but could have.
Did not like the internet having to be turned on as well as tv service, washing machine made a bad noise and it was terribly hot in unit and we were allowed to turn down under 72 which was too hot for us.
The condo itself was spacious and beautifully decorated and the staff was super at the front desk and guest services. Thumbs up to Blake, Mary and Steven!
We would return to Vista Cay !

The property is perfect for seaworld and universal close enough to go back and forth if you want to break the day up. We went to the parks in the morning, came back for a quick nap/swim and returned to the parks in the evening.

Great place, better than the pictures and very convenient to sea world and universal! Very roomy and had everything we needed. Started to give less than 5 stars cause the master king bed was not the best sleeping mattress and it had been mentioned before. But I got over it since everything else was great.

Beautiful place but........
First off the resort is huge. Beautifully maintained and excellent location. Room was huge as well and very clean. I would rate it 5 stars no question BUT I can't. The mattresses are horrible. Should of been thrown out years ago. Its like sleeping on a board. Actually a board would be more comfortable cause it wouldn't have a permanent sag in the middle. Ended up sleeping on couch the whole trip. PLEASE CHANGE THE MATTRESSES OUT ALREADY!!!!!!!! It's the only reason I would not return.

Check In Nightmare
Property was beautiful and luxurious...however check in was to be at 4pm...when we arrived they stated they were significantly behind schedule and we could not check in. There were probably 20+ parties in the se situation, all just waiting in the lobby or by the pool. Went to wait at the pool and could not get a towel from any employee (towels are in your room they said....lol but we had no access to a room smh). Pool bar was cash only.

Get away trip
There was a leak in our master bathroom. Water coming in wall and also wet carpet in living room from the leak. I was disappointed that the kitchen was not well stocked with dishes, pans, mugs etc. We were happy with everything else.

great stay! great location with grocery shopping close by and the Walgreens just outside the gate for easy last minute access to drinks, food and toiletries. close to restaurants and attractions on international and obviously most of all the theme parks. using Universal drive instead of the busy international drive is a plus specially during peak traffic times. would definitely recommend and will plan to repeat my stay.

Perfect location for trade show at Orange County Convention Center
Shared a condo with a co-worker. The location is ideal for a visit to Orlando. We were able to host coworkers for a breakfast meeting and enjoyed our 5 minute commute each day to the trade show.

Beautiful condo!
If I could give it 6 stars, I would. I've stayed at Vista Cay a handful of times and this is the nicest condo I've rented. It is spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. The kitchen has everything you may need. It's close to the pool and clubhouse which is nice too. The large balcony was nice to have coffee in the morning. I would definitely return to this condo!

Lovely place!
We stayed at this lovely condo near the Convention Center. It is just as pictured and vsry spacious. Clean and decently stocked. I wod have appreciated a box of tissues, but other tban that it was great. Can walk to Walgreens and a very quick 5 min drive to Publix. Would definitely stay here again in Vista Cay .
