This is our 4th year coming back to Marc and Suzanne’s beautiful condo because they make you feel so welcome and communication is great. The home has a light and beachy feel and is super clean. It is well stocked with everything you need for cooking, books to read, games to play and best of all 2 blocks to the beach. You can see sunset lake from the living room and porch and watch beautiful sunsets. They also supply 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas in a locker at the 7th Ave. Beach entrance. Our best recommendation for staying is we intend to come back next year to have some more Glory Days.

Me and my family spent summer vacation in Asbury Park. We had wonderful experience. The unit was close to Jersey shore 🏝️, well furnished. It had all amenities as advertised including beach passes were provided by the host.

This is our third stay at this condo. We love everything about it. 2 blocks from the beach, comfortable to entertain family and friends, clean, well stocked in the kitchen. Added bonus, beach chairs, umbrellas, tables and beach toys stored in the locker at the beach. Great responsive hosts and very helpful with recommendations. We will be back next summer!

An incredibly well appointed, updated and spacious condo that is a block and a half from the North Asbury beach. Walking distance to everything, including the best restaurants on Cookman, Mutiny BBQ, and the Grateful Deli. Ample on-street parking and one reserved space. The building and neighborhood are quiet despite being 5 blocks from the Stone Pony Summer Stage -- we took in a few shows and then had a quiet stroll back home.
Within the unit: well laid out and supplied kitchen. Huge fridge. In-room AC that cranked out cold air. Two walk-in showers. The beach locker was a huge win for cabanas, boogie boards and extra gear, so the short walk to the beach was more about laughing (or planning lunch) than lugging an armada of chairs and gear.
My family has deep roots in Asbury going back to the original Palace Amusements; this truly felt like going home again. We'll be back.

The property is extremely clean and in a great location. The condo had a very comfortable, hip vibe with minimal decor.
I did not pack a lot of clothes, so I’m glad I was able to do laundry in the unit.
The owner was very responsive and answered my questions right away. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in Asbury Park and are already thinking about returning next year. The apartment is in a really lovely neighborhood and building, about two blocks from the beach entrance at 7th or 8th. We did a lot of walking back and forth to the beach, and it was quick and easy, especially since beach chairs and umbrellas are stored in a locker at the beach for you.
The apartment is lovely and SUPER clean. We most appreciated all of the things that were provided to make our stay convenient and comfortable--laundy and dish detergent, spices and cooking oil, coozies and cooler bags, beach bags and ice packs. If we thought, "it would be nice if we had. . . ", we would find it in the apartment.
Marc was very quick to correspond with me at booking and got in touch on check-in day to make sure all was well. I appreciated his attentiveness.
The beds were comfortable. The showers had great water pressure. The A/C cooled the place nicely. Overall, a perfect place to stay in Asbury Park!

This unit is a winner! It was the perfect home base for our stay in AP. Convenient location to visit family in Avon & Bradley. This condo was extraordinarily clean & well stocked & it had a dedicated parking spot. Quiet with wonderful beds. Marc also provided an excellent notebook with instructions for the unit & restaurant recs. Everything worked. Marc was quick to respond to my questions & made check in & check out easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Outsanding location to beach and restaurants. Completely equipped kitchen. Spacious rooms with 2 baths nicely accomodated all guests. Locker on the beach filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again. Marc is a great host.

A Definite MUST!
Everything...and I mean everything is perfection in this condo by the sea. From the beach vibe with a touch of Bruce decor to the well-stocked kitchen and beach locker, this condo is just what you need to step out of your regular life and into vacation mode. You are two short blocks to the beach and a few blocks to the action of Cookman Street, The Stone Pony, the boardwalk, and the quiet of Ocean Grove. Whatever you are into, you will find it on your AP vacation. Definitely book your vacation here...you won't be disappointed.

Common living space is larger than it appears in photos. Great property, only 2.5 blocks from the beach and also close enough to walk into town. Stocked with almost everything you’d need in terms of both kitchen supplies and beach gear.

Fantastic!

Modern and Clean
This is the second time we stayed in this property. First stay was great and so was this stay. Only disappointment was that the balcony was still closed due to repairs...all the balconies on the building are being repaired. We had a slight problem getting the screen door to open and the owner was VERY responsive. He stopped by within 30 minutes and fixed the issue. The apartment is in a great location as it's just about 2.5 blocks to the beach. This is the North Beach so surfing only--no swimming and less crowds (a positive)--but it's a very short walk to the next beach where you can swim. We had several family members visit during our stay and free street parking wasn't a problem. Of course, we had the parking spot right behind the building which was a big plus! If you like to cook the kitchen is well equipped. Overall, a very nice place to stay in AP.

Clean, spacious and beautiful condo
Wonderful condo to stay in, in the fun town of Asbury Park! The condo was so spacious, very clean and nicely decorated -comforters on bed etc. They provide badges, chairs and beach towels which is such a great plus. We were able to walk to the beach, Convention Hall, into town and to restaurants. Walking into town is about 15-20 minutes. We didn't really have to ask Marc any questions because he has a book put together with all the info on the town and his place. He checked in to make sure we were doing ok anyway. I would definitely rent this place again!

Perfect Vacation!
We love Asbury. Been coming here for years as day trips but moved from NJ to MD in 2020 so couldn’t do it as a day trip anymore. We decided to book a week and glad we did. The condo is great. Nicely decorated, fully stacked with everything you could possibly need. Great proximity to the beach and boardwalk. Just 2 long blocks. Great restaurants and music venues. We could not possibly have asked for more. Hope to do the same next summer. Maybe 2 weeks next time as we hated to leave.

A Perfect Getaway
What a fantastic two weeks we had here! Marc was such a gracious and informative host, and went over the property and amenities in detail when we first arrived. The condo was fully equipped for all of our needs - sheets, towels, washer/dryer, cookware, dishes, etc. (and even copper mugs to make Moscow Mules!). Beach chairs and beach towels were available as well as enough beach tags for our whole family. The location with a view of the lake was ideal, and only a couple short blocks from the beach and boardwalk! The condo was clean and modern and the showers were so refreshing after a day at the beach. Conveniently located near grocery, liquor/beer, and convenience stores, yet in a residential setting. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it for your next vacation!

A great place to stay!
Marc and Suzanne are great hosts and the property is exactly as listed. It was extremely clean and had a very well stocked kitchen if you like to cook. The furniture and beds were all comfy and we loved just sitting outside on the balcony (room for 4 adults) to eat dinner or enjoy a coffee. Definitely one of the top three if not the top rentals that we have stayed in over the past 10 years. Location is great--the North Beach is not as crowded...but be warned that it is the surf beach so no swimming permitted. You'll have to walk a little ways to the next beach if you want to swim. Not a big deal. Marc checked in with us mid week to insure that all was well and responded quickly to my inquiries. Overall, a five star place to stay.

Asbury Family Fun Vacation
This was our first time visiting Asbury Park and we couldn’t be more happy with Marc’s place to make great family vacation memories for summer of 2020. Just short couple blocks walk to the beach and the neighborhood was residential and quiet. The location is northern part of Asbury Park by the surf side so if you want to go surfing AND swim, Marc’s place is great. The surf area is separated by a jetty and there’s a bathroom facility and outdoor showers less frequented by the other beach goers.
Marc’s condo was immaculate, with lots of closet space and FILLED with everything you need. Most places we’ve rented, we had to bring our own linens, bath and beach towels, paper products, tinfoil, zip locks, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent etc but Marc accommodate all that and so much more.
My husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee and late night drinks out on the balcony while our kids were asleep safe and sound inside. View of Deal Lake while sitting on the balcony was bonus.

This property was beautiful and comfortable and extremely well appointed with everything you could need for some time at the Jersey Shore. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk and a short hop over to Cookman Avenue for a night out. Perfect!

Owners were lovely to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable & felt at home. Condo lived up to the description & beyond. The bedrooms are peaceful and comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and the showers are a dream. The kitchen is amazing, especially if you like to cook like me- you’ll be impressed! The property is well maintained, neighbors were sparse during the week- a bit more active on the weekend- but still a peaceful get away compared to staying at the popular hotels (which we have stayed at all of them- much prefer the condo!!). Quiet tea/coffee overlooking the lake was a treat.
The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes with little ones. We used a cart and were able to easily get back and forth. There were plenty of chairs for us to use, we really wouldn’t bring much if we were to rent again. I would rent again in a heartbeat! Really was a pleasure from start to finish.

Great stay at newly refurbished and and perfectly appointed Asbury Park Condo
Marc and Suzanne have thought of everything! We had everything that we needed to have a great family get together in Asbury Park and only 2 blocks from the beach. Linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach tags are all provided and the kitchen is stocked with everything needed for a gourmet meal or a celebration. In addition, the condo, the appliances, furniture and supplies and all virtually brand new. It was perfect for our needs and more than lived up to all the descriptions provided.

Beautiful, clean apt in a perfect location
Marc’s apt was the perfect place for us to stay on vacation. It is well equipped w a full kitchen, towels, beach chairs, etc.. the location is great, right near the Asbury Park boardwalk but off to the side so it’s quiet. The only downfall for us were the AC units. They were awfully noisy and uncomfortable even when on so we remained in a hot apt. Otherwise we very much enjoyed
