Below average breakfast - a lot of unhealthy food (oily, fatty or full of sugar) and very few healthy options. Not a lot of vegetarian food, which i can understand from a cultural point of view, but still, you would expect the hotel to adapt to the 21st century and because of having a lot of foreign clients. But no, they're stuck in their ways. Old furniture, old equipment in the room. The staff in the breakfast room, particularly the older ones, don't speak English and aren't particularly accommodating. I asked for vegetarian milk and one lady looked at me like i had asked for gold shavings for my cereal. They're probably just bored to death with their jobs, but it was hard to excuse their flippant behavior towards the guests.

Extremely poor quality of mattress. There’s no air circulation in the bathroom and, as a result, it’s smell. The AC was not working properly

The breakfast bar was OUTSTANDING! The location was excellent. The staff was accomcdating.

Two rooms were changed to have AC and the results weren't worth the expense.

Location is within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. It has everything you need if you’re just looking for the basics.

This place feels old and tired and is long overdue for updates and renovations. The hallways are dark and dingy. You have to move the beds to access the electrical outlets. The light fixtures are too dim.

The location was excellent. Rooms spacious.

Breakfast area was a basement and completely without character, like a supermarket canteen. Shame as the breakfast itself was good and staff cleared up quickly. Receptionists efficient but not very friendly.

The price and location are very pleasant. It is simple and easy to get to all the interesting historical places of Warsaw!

Traditional Hotel in centre of warsaw. Liked the stay a lot. Comfy Bad, big room. I would recommend for sure

It is close everywhere. Walking distance to the Old Town and other attractions.
