3 camere da letto 2 1/2 bagni non fumatori a casa. 2200 piedi quadrati. Splendida vista sulle montagne e sull'oceano. a pochi passi dal centro e sentieri escursionistici. 1 camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, camera da letto 2 ha un letto matrimoniale. Camera 3 ha letti matrimoniali e due letti singoli. Sala da pranzo, soggiorno e camera da letto ha una splendida vista sul canale. Guarda aquile calve e barche che passano. Bella terrazza con vista, stufa a legna, keurig, TV via cavo, internet e soppalco con tavolo per le serate di giochi familiari.

We loved our stay here, a perfect location. The view is amazing, we sat on the deck and enjoyed watching the eagles and boats go by. Lots of room, everything you need!! the owner was great !!! We would definitely come back here!!!

Great, I don't know if I missed it but it would have been nice to know about the roll away. We thought it only had 4 beds so we brought air mattresses with....the house is great.. I'm assuming you know but there is a leak under the kitchen sink. There was a container there

A great alternative to a hotel! This location with lots of space to spread our our equipment and re-organize made for relaxed evenings after our days were over.

6 of us broke away for a week of fishing and planning. This property was excellent!! They had everything you needed and the proximity to the harbor and airport are perfect! Look forward to our next visit and hope to come back sometime soon!

My family of 5 adults and one child (10) stayed for a week in Kodiak and had the best time at this house. It was updated, fully stocked with all needed supplies (kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, etc). Close drive (less than 5 minutes) to restaurants, docks, grocery store. Amazing views enjoyed from the back deck at breakfast and happy hour! Already looking to rebook for our trip next summer! We have travelled all over Alaska and this is one of our favorite places. Highly recommend this house.

My family of 5 adults and one child (10) stayed for a week in Kodiak and had the best time at this house. It was updated, fully stocked with all needed supplies (kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, etc). Close drive (less than 5 minutes) to restaurants, docks, grocery store. Amazing views enjoyed from the back deck at breakfast and happy hour! Already looking to rebook for our trip next summer! We have travelled all over Alaska and this is one of our favorite places. Highly recommend this house.

We enjoyed this three bedroom / three bath house. The kitchen was fully stocked with sufficient pots, pans, dishes, and utensils and tools, and the layout was conducive to cooking meals for our family and relaxing on the sectional sofa for conversation and movies.

My only recommendation would be to invest in quality bedding for support and to provide patio furniture and a propane grill for outdoor cooking on the fabulous deck with spectacular views. We will stay again if we have the opportunity!

Excellent location and super accomodations. We arrive earlier than posted 4Pm and we allow in. It was appreciate. Kodiak, Alaska is beautiful place and we spent time with our son who is the Coast Guard there. I would recommend staying at " Island Retreat ".
