Very friendly staff, perfect location and accommodation for a short break.

Hotel is well situated just outside the old town of Lloret but only a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants etc. This is a small family run hotel where you are left to enjoy your own holiday but the staff were very friendly and available to help if we needed it. Our room was large with good beds and a large bathroom with a good shower and plenty of hot water. We also paid extra for a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. This proved to be a large area with plenty of room for two sunbeds and table and chairs. The sun was on the balcony from morning until late afternoon and proved to be a real suntrap. Well worth the extra cost. Overall, a great location from which to explore the area and very good value for money. Would return for any future visits to Lloret de Mar.

Location - 10 minute walk down to beach (but nearer 20 back up hill.) Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel clean. Beautiful pool and external area. Safe private parking. Breakfast alright with large offering. Allow dogs.

The room had no AC and the fan was irritating and not good enough to cool room. Couldn't open windows because of main road noise. Stale croissants for breakfast but otherwise a good breakfast.

beautiful and pleasant place, I had a large and very nice room and very clean, the staff is very friendly they are very attentive to what you may need, I loved the bar because there is a variety of delicious cocktails their food is also lovely. I would have my holidays there again!

this is a great hotel in walking distance to the beach, the main shopping street of lloret, and all the bars and restaurants along the promenade and in the town one of the real plus’s is this hotel as an on site carpark not may hotel have this facility so it’s a real bonus when your travelling by car the staff are really friendly and welcoming and can’t do enough to help you, the continental breakfast is really good and only 8 euros because of the cool weather I didn’t use the pool this time but I did the last time I stayed here and it was always Crystal clean and there are plenty of sun beds around the pool the hotel also as a nice bar with an outside sitting area.

Noise, both internal to the hotel and external (traffic) was the worst we have ever experienced. Booked (and confirmed ) a three bed + terrace room yet received a two bed + balcony, eventually moved to what was supposed to be a quieter room (two bed + balcony) feel let-down not receiving what we booked i.e Three bed + terrace. The bar noise was very loud inside the rooms above (balcony type) whereas the rooms with terrace are set back and are quieter, really spoilt what we had planned. Early call most mornings due to dogs barking, common use of the car park as dog toilet just added to the charm.

The girl is not friendly at all, the rooms where very dirty we stayed there for 3 nights and they nicer cleaned the floor … they even asked us to pay more for changing our towels !!!the breakfast is not as we love excepted ..

The private terrass - We had a superior room but very cheep, 66€ for 2 person, and we got an own big terrass with sea view. Because of covid, we could not have the real breakfast that was included in the price, but the hotel offered us free parking instead. We got coffee and a croissant anyhow!
