Quiet, love the indoor access to the BBQ area. I enjoyed the tub for relaxation, and the leisure center.

My TV didn't work. We could have used more dish washer soap.

The villa was far larger, more beautiful, and more comfortable than I had expected. The leisure centre with the pool was awesome. The staff were really helpful when I had issues.

The only problem I had with the villa I stayed in was the hot water didn’t work for about half of my stay due to an issue with the water pump. (Though the managers did their best to fix it and did temporarily fix it before the issue occurred again at the end of my stay.

lacking in some basics such as sufficient toilet paper, bin bags, salt, pepper. Mould on blinds visible.

Great for group/family holidays. Enough space/facilities to facilitate/entertain all. Well-kept facilities.

The property was a great size very spacious, very tranquil if you want to get away it and loved the indoor/ outdoor area. Would have been better if we didn't have 3 days straight of rain .. :) Lots of wildlife about.

disappointed as no facilities open all weekend no pub, no general store so had to keep paying ferries to go over to main land for dinner ect and thought we could walk on and pay $1 as per website, but didn't realize it was too far so had to take car every time which got expenses at $10 each way a couple of times a day as there were 6 of us so always needed 2 cars. Also our front door didn't lock, and on site manager just told us not to worry as its safe .. the dryer was chock full of lint and the washing machine didn't work properly and kept tripping the power. Not major things just annoying when your paying a fair bit to stay somewhere.

I love the seclusion and how is was rustic cross with a luxurious feel. Being so close to nature but being able to relax with the comforts provided made our stay wonderful.

There were only a couple little adjustments I would make to improve this awesome place, First thing this come up with some sort of deal with the Ferry so customers are not paying so much going back and forward to the main land. The other thing is try to get all staff on the same page with how all the systems work.
