Muy limpio y cómodo y muy buena atención

The location was great because you are in the center of the city and only 20 minutes from the airport.

We were in a junior suite and there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. There is also no AC controls even though it gets colder in the evenings it was warm during the day. We couldn’t set it to the temperature that we wanted.

TODO EXCELENTE, LA RECAMARA SUPER GRANDE, SUPER COMODA, LA UBICACION MEJOR NO SE PODRÍA TODO A LA MANO, CENTRICO, EL COMEDOR RICO EL DESAYUNO BUFET, TODO MUY VARIADO, EL PERSONAL MUY ATENTO, EDUCADO, SIEMPRE CON LA SONRISA EN LA BOCA, IGAUL QUE LOS DEL FRONT DESK, AL IGUAL RECAMARERAS, Y LOS DEL SERVICIO DE TAXIS, GRATIS EL LLEGAR DEL AEROPUERTO AL HOTEL Y VICEVERSA, FELICITO A ESTE GRAN HOTEL, LA PASAMOS DE MARAVILLA.

TODO NOS GUSTO, A NADA LE PONDRÍAMOS PERO, ES EXCLENTE.

Excelente ubicación con relación al precio la habitaciones cómodas aunque no confortable El servicio es Excelente también y el restaurante es rico

el confort de la cama, no tiene aire acondicionado, y la bañera tenia una gotera que no se soluciono

Le personnel est formidable, à l'écoute et très attentionné. Que se soit les femmes/valets de chambre, les réceptionnistes, le personnel à l'accueil, les portiers... Nous avons séjourné dans une suite junior. Chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux avec une grande variété de produits variant quotidiennement. Je souhaite remercier tout particulièrement Juan, du restaurant/petit déjeuner et la réceptionniste Carolina qui ont été de bons conseils.

Un réassort des produits de toilette et un plateau de courtoisie serait un petit plus très appréciable..

it’s an old hotel but it can be better if they invest to make it better.

the location is good ,close to everything, the common area are well kept. staff are helpful even though we speak little to no Spanish they try to help us in the best ways they could. food was excellent. the staff are great I had asked for decorations and they delivered. was a very good stay.

the rooms are nothing like the pictures, the bathroom is small and upon check out I was told that the mini bar is an additional cost.

Breakfast could be much better for the price/ name of the Hotel Tequendama.

The room with a blanket A coffee machine with coffee, milk etc. more variety on drinks at the room refrigerator. Hotel location Excellent but service/ facilities bad!

Very good hotel, nice breakfast, excellent service. Staff were available and helpful for all my requests throughout the stay. When shower was not strong enough I requested to change room and it went very smooth. Views were good and I will happily return next time im in Bogotá.

It was very confortable. The breakfast was pretty good, although it wasn't so diverse. The location is very central, so you can move around the city easily, you have to be careful going down the 26th street because sometimes it can get dangerous

Due to the holy week, one of the entrance was closed and the information regarding the address of the other door was not clear.
