I think it’s a easy fix. maybe the breakfast area (tables ) are too cramped. not enough space to pull your chair. also, I had to ask a couple time for coffee. But, to be fair, they had another bottle of coffee ready in the kitchen, so, I thought that would be easier just to put both on the breakfast table.

Super nice place with extremely friendly personnel. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. The fact that there is always someone at the front desk overlooking the place helps with the missing locks & safes .. still would be good to add.

A safe is missing and the inside windows can't be locked, so room 16 could be entered easily via the staircase through the window. Also the rooms in the basement with ocean view can't lock the glass doors, only the wooden gutters - turning the room pitch dark while closed. Just add some locking mechanisms and safes in each room and you have 10/10.

The location was the best in Paraty. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and filling. They also accomodated for children. Highly recommend!

The bed was a bit on the firm side, but it seems like most beds are that way. Really happy overall!
