very dusty in the rooms. my nose got clogged right away from the dusty in the fan and pillows.

Shower hot water takes to long, pool area could be cleaner for breakfast.

perfect hotel for a trip to Paraty. Close to the Old Town, parking facilities are available and the hotel is really beautiful!

Good location and friendly staf. Communal areas looked really nice

Bedrroms need the same attention as the communal areas. Very dated and also very noisy from the corridors and neighbouring rooms. Breakfast could have had a better selection of fruit. Check-in could have been easier. Online form too long.

Location and the exterior were very nice and well kept

Check-in process cumbersome, staff very rude, rooms were very uncomfortable and used a grill in place of a window in the bathroom allowing mosquitos into the room during the night. The bed was extremely uncomfortable with springs sticking out on various parts of the mattress. Morning breakfast was awful and extremely limited. No parking exclusive to the establishment. You must find parking either on the street or nearby parking lot. It is a real shame because it has a very unique look to it but are awfully administered. I do not recommend staying here period. I will not be staying here again.

Decoration and comum areas are really beautiful. Very close of historic center, nice pool, lovely restaurant area. Breakfast was good.

Room has mosquitos because there’s no way to prevent them to enter from the shower window. Internet was not working from the bedroom, need to be in comum area to use. You cannot use toilet without other person hear as the window is connected with the room, that’s weird. Air conditioning too loud and really close of the bed, freezing person on this side of the bed.
