I found the apartment a little dark so extra lighting would have helped.

On the water Location location location. Spacious apartment with awesome view. Quiet area / Walking distance to convenience supermarket and bakery. Also walking distance to Old Town. Helpful management.

We met Darko, who gave us a lot of tips in exploring Zadar. I like Zadar much more than the more popular Split. Walking to old town is easy especially if you take the boat from the dock nearby.

the shower was a bit small (even for normal size women like me), but manageable; all the other facilities exceeded our expectations

Great location and a very beautiful view from the window - the garden, the sea and the historic city center. Very friendly hosts. The room is very large and very comfortable. Nearby there is a shop, a bakery. The hotel has its own parking. To the city center on foot 20 minutes along the promenade. Not far from the hotel (15 minutes walk) is the best fish restaurant in Zadar. Stable wi-fi - we worked together from the hotel. I recommend this hotel.

There was no tea and coffee in the rooms, you had to buy it additionally in the store (there was only a kettle). The hotel does not have a washing machine, if you come for a long time, it is not comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and had to wash clothes by hand.

The property is on the shore of the Adriatic Sea with a nice view to the Old City of Zadar. Our apartment was on the last floor, the biggest of the property. The rooms are big, including 2 big living rooms with tv, sofa and armchairs. Also, there is a big terrace facing the sea. The kitchen has all the facilities that you need. We had 2 bathrooms., one without a shower. The parking lot is big and is the courtyard of the property.

A long way to walk to the Old City of Zadar (around 35 minutes).

The hosts Sanda and Draco where there to meet us and show us around. Very professional and friendly people

There was nothing to dislike. Everything was so good. We lived it.
