Location and cleaning
It doesn’t have heat and SMA was very cold. It doesn’t have a restaurant or room service and they charge for the parking lot besides the full rate

The bedroom was beautiful, clean, and great. there is a restaurant with delicious food. The parroquia is a block away.

Apart from Diana, it was very hard to communicate. Someone on staff who could communicate in English would have been very helpful.

The place was very nice and comfortable. Staff was professional and corteous. I enjoyed the bed and the room had lots of extra space. I would definitely recommend this place.
The bathroom did not have air conditioner. It felt very hot inside to the point that it has hard to breath and I ended up taking a cold shower to feel better. It is nice to have lots of natural light come through the celing but there is definitely a need for air conditioner in there.

Dislikes: The bathroom shower head didn't connect to the water feed properly which meant that water sprayed up into the ceiling and would drip back down. There was a hole in the floorboard right in front of the shower (I'm assuming from water damage). The Wi-Fi connection wasn't great.
Likes: The bed was amazingly comfortable, the room had air conditioning and was very clean plus there were new water bottles provided every day. The hotel bar used fresh lime juice (instead of sweet&sour mix) and the location is incredible.

Location is amazing, close to the central square.
Rooms were not well isolated, and as there are openings in the roof of the bathroom it can get quite noisy. The restaurant next door had loud music till around 10pm
