Beds made alot of noise and were quite uncomfortable

Room was very clean . The bed was really comfortable slept like a log . Lots of variety at breakfast and the Fry up was lovely. Very helpful friendly staff.

if you don’t drive it’s in middle of no where it’s about 20 minutes drive to City Centre if it’s no Traffic

I thought the house and location were both beautiful and very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was wonderfully quiet.

Room was a bit dark and the bed although comfortable surprisingly small - but that may be because I am used to travelling with someone so usually opt for a bigger room rather than a standard room.

Excellent choice and a full English breakfast.

it’s a beautiful old house, in a lovely spot convenient to our evening out in Exeter. we received a lovely warm welcome and the room was warm and spotlessly clean. fantastic - thank you xx

The owner was very accomdating and helpful. He even offered to take us to the airport. We would highly recommend this hotel.

flexible, great breakfast, friendly staff nice room with loads of facilities teas coffee biscuits water and plenty of parking

If I was being picky the archway between the two carparks could have say fairy lights so when you arrive at in the dark you can see the Arch way to get to the hotel

Location was ideal as we were at a wedding nearby,excellent breakfast,plenty to choose from.

I think they need to invest in some new pillows, hotel could do with a little updating,

The domestic staff were rude. It was the morning of my wedding and one of the cleaners was complaining loudly about me and my guests whilst we were getting ready for the wedding. It was unprofessional and she made us all feel uncomfortable. Curtains were very light, I couldn't have stayed more than one night because of that.

In a lovely location with great views. Friendly helpful staff. Clean room and comfy bed, tea coffee and hot chocolate in room. Plenty of parking.
