it was excellent value for money and all very easy, clean and ideally located.

for the price nothing wrong at all with it. if i had paid a lot more thena. bigger room would have been nice. dont think there was air conditioning but april was fine

Matress were old and you could feel the interior part

It’s located in the city centre, they have a bath❤️, room was pretty clean

No parking, thin walls ( heard neighbours had fight in russian:( ) , pillows were not really comfortable

Location was ideal and the hotel was very clean

They don’t have a restaurant service or small fridge in the room, instead there is a big fridge in the kitchen/living room area downstairs where all the guests can keep their things, but you have to trust that no one will take anything that doesn’t belong to them…

For sure the couple of Recepcionists are very, very good. Friendly and helping regarding all the questions I did ask for to both of them.

The day was very warm...and the hotel does not have air conditioner installed. I have to mention those high temperatures are inusual at Palencia.

Access to town

Difficult to do check-in perhaps because we were late in evening, had to talk via intercom at two different entry point. Long process. The main picture for the apartment shows a nice big building almost like a church building when in reality it's A very plain looking building. Walking distance to restaurants. Ok for a transit stay.

In particular the two Receptionists. Excellent!!!

Staff was very nice. They made it very easy to contact them via WhatsApp. By mistake I had gone to their other hotel on the other side of the city. Upon arrival there the woman kindly let me leave my suitcase there and she notified her colleague that I would be arriving later.

In the beginning they gave me room 210 the smell is awful, I opened the window but still the room was not good. But Thanks for personal in reception they immediately provided me bigger room with comfortable beds.
