Roach in bathroom, smelled terrible…like dirty pets dog dander

I paid $9 a day upgrade for 3 days and did not get a upgrade and I need to be refunded $27 for not getting my upgrade ASAP please contact me.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating except the front desk we checked in. Was a wonderful location and the room for clean and come and comfortable. Housekeeping was definitely on point when it came to keeping our room clean and accommodated to our needs as well as the maintenance man.

We had issues with our refrigerator and we only had a big issue with it because for one we have a 1-year-old that drinks milk so we need a refrigerator to keep it cold and for two we were there for a few nights and we wanted to keep food and drinks in the room but for the first two days we kept having issues with the refrigerator not working properly or getting cold but again the maintenance guy was so awesome and very accommodating and helpful and they did feel out of their way to try to make it right for us and that was very much appreciated.

The location is the only thing my family liked.

I didn’t like that one elevator sounded like it was about to give out and was extremely slow and the other elevator made a loud clunk sound and then my family and I were stuck in it. Had to press the emergency button and wait until someone could get us back down to floor 1 and get us out. My kids were terrified and the hotel staff acted like it was no big deal. Maybe they’re used to it happening or something but we used the steps after that. The breakfast was out of almost everything and the juice was grossly warm. They told us the pool was also down for the day but we saw some people in it so who knows. Definitely NOT worth the money. Would never stay again. They even had an emergency in the building when we were just getting back from the beach and the officers had to run up the stairs because the elevator was so slow.

Some of the front desk staff were amazing and obviously experienced but some must have been brand new and wanted to charge a hefty fee for to check in 30 minutes early. The hotel is very well located, recently updated, clean and comfortable.

Some of the front desk staff were not very accommodating but one lady was lovely.

I love the hotel itself very modem and the pool was exceptional. Downstairs lobby was beautiful. The rooms themselves were very modem and clean. The staff was friendly when we checked in.

The breakfast when went down there was limited food and at times no food at the moment. Also, we stayed their 6 days and not 1 day did they do housekeeping to keep room cleans.

Location was where I wanted to be and parking was free. Hotel's common space was ok and allowed for ample seating at breakfast. Room had good space and mattresses were firm enough.

Staff was not engaging. Breakfast crew was inexperienced had little motivation and could not foresee basic needs. We have all run out of coffee before but needing to wait more than 10 minutes was excessive for me since that's my main course. Team was also out of milk, couldn't see when out of butter, forks, etc. There were staff just standing guard, but not cleaning counters, restocking, clearing tables; they were kind after I asked, but why do they not know this stuff.

We really enjoyed the hotel. The size of our room was great! The location was very convenient to everything that we planned to do. The continental breakfast was well stocked with a variety of foods. There were always members of the staff buzzing around working on keeping things clean. Overall it was just a great experience to celebrate our 15th anniversary.

-service was horrible. I had to ask them to check my TV twice before anyone did anything about it. -The breakfast area was too small and messy. Food was all over the place and wasn't kept clean. Low on food and condiments -cleaning of our room wasn't done properly. Wasn't swept. Only thing that was done was towels. -TV didn't even work for 75% of my stay. -front desk people were not helpful to find a solution to our problem

Good location, close to the beach and the Mall. There is free parking available at the beach but arrive early. Beds are comfortable and clean sheets. Most of the staff is helpful and pleasant.

Rooms are cleaned upon request. Toiletries are tiny and few so I recommend bringing your own. Beds are comfortable but the pillows are few and not good quality. There was a constant unpleasant smell in the hallways and the room so much so that we had to get air freshener. Breakfast could have better quality and more varied choices.
