J'ai loué ce petit appartement pour la grand-mère de près de 100 ans (encore autonome). La propriétaire a été très arrangeante et très disponible. Ma grand-mère y a trouvé tout le confort nécessaire et a passé un très agréable séjour.

Die Lage war optimal für uns, da man mit der nahe gelegenen Bahn schnell und günstig die ganze Stadt erkunden konnte. Das Auto konnten wir ohne Parkgebühren in der Straße abstellen. Vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir Kontakt über What's App mit der Vermieterin, die uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat. Sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben in Englisch, manchmal auf Französisch, und uns das Gefühl gegeben, dass sie jederzeit ansprechbar ist, wenn wir noch Fragen haben. Da aber alles klar war und zu unserer Zufriedenheit, haben wir uns erst wieder beim Check out gesehen. Das Appartement ist geräumig, das Bad ist sehr schön und es ist angenehm ruhig zum Schlafen.

Great, quiet location. Perfect for our long weekend stay. 5 minute walk to Calypso tram stop and from there, less than 10 minutes by tram to centre of Bordeaux (I recommend the TBM app - made travelling so easy). The owner (Martine) is lovely and made us feel very welcome. Well stocked supermarket 2 minutes away from apartment. A choice of restaurants within walking distance (Martine recommended Ragazzi da Peptone - which was fabulous).

The flat is clean, comfortable and fashionable! It locates in the quiet residential area. The room has shutters, so I feel safe at night. Mrs. Martine and her family were very kind for me. Thank you very much for your help.
