Lovely hostel with superb outside facilities. The staff were so nice and the homemade jam & bread for breakfast is delicious.

Location isn’t the best…it’s a bit of a dodgy area walking up the street. Mostly fine though.

The private room had a fridge which was welcomed. The hostel has a nice outdoor space and a cozy dining area with a large shared table. The location of hostel is on a nice quiet street, close to restaurants, to the lake and not a long walk away from the buses.

The bathroom was very strange and uncomfortable, especially for the female solo travelers. The divider between the stalls is so low that when you step into the shower, you could easily look into the neighboring one. The only private shower is on the main floor, which is filthy, as it is used by everyone as a toilet. The entire house is poorly built, mostly from plywood, so you can hear every person setting off for their volcano hike at 5 am. Soundproofing and facilities in general are very poor.

The place was really good, big and, comfortable, and it was pretty cheap at the time, the price for 6 nights was the same as 3 nights in some other places. The staff was lovely. They had a cute dog. The kitchen, lobby and outside area were pretty spacious. The bed was comfortable.

The bedroom was a little bit small, but it's ok. The bathroom in the bedroom was small, and it took some time to heat, but there was a bathroom in the lobby that was big and pretty good 😁.

David was so helpful and such an amazing host. The beds are comfortable and 5 minute walk from the Main Street.

The outdoor area was great, with lots of entertainment space. The room was comfortable and the kitchen/dining room was a great size. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful about what we could do in Pucon.

On our first night, there was loud party in the garden of the property, with techno music blaring until 0830am. To us this was pretty unacceptable- particularly as we’d been told at check in that we couldn’t use the kitchen after 2330hrs! The owner of the hostel drank our wine during this party (though to be fair he did replace this without us asking). We essentially didn’t get any sleep that night and it ruined our stay in Pucon a bit. If you’re a huge partier then this probably won’t bother you but we were excited for excursions/exploring and wouldn’t have booked this hostel if it was clearer that it was a party hostel! When we arrived the kitchen was also pretty dirty (mouldy food in the fridge etc). It’s a shame because otherwise it was a great hostel but we thought it was worth putting in a review for others who like an early night 😂

nice vibe and super cool people! there is a beautiful patio with hammocks outside and they have a cute hostel dog <3

it was a little bit too loud at night, there is no time limit in the evening and most of the rooms lead to the patio.

Firstable, the room and the bathrooms were very dirty, in four days they haven't been cleaned one, we had to ask it And after this, if you goal is to do treks in this beautiful region, don't go here, you will not sleep There are parties every nights, clients in the room and the staff are totally irrespectfull when they enter during the night, turn on the lights and speak very loud Don't recommend

The staff is super nice and helpful; Kitchen is big and well equipped; living room good; the hostal has got all the necessary info for the tours; the vibe is good

Great hostel, nice staff. The kitchen was well equipped and clean, had pretty much everything you need for cooking. They had an asado evening while we were there which was really cool, and the food was great.
