Era al terzo piano senza ascensore quindi se uno ha tanti bagagli non so come farebbe.. poi il parcheggio sta super lontano però se non avete macchina nessun problema!

Ma compagne a des difficultés à se déplacer, il aurait été bien de l'indiquer sur le descriptif lors du choix de la réservation, car on était au 3e étage, avec un escalier étroit. Aucune des photos sur le site ne représentent ce que nous avons eu lors de notre séjour

the location was amazing. Close to pubs, view of the castle at the end of the street, easy walk to shops. Apartment was beautifully styled and very comfortable. Management friendly but not intrusive. A great couple of nights!

65 steps up to our room! Not a nice view.

Great location! Easy walk to shops, restaurants, tram stop, great view of castle. Bed was ok, good WiFi, strong modern shower.

No lift and we were on 3rd floor up with luggage. No drinking water or AC. Not double glazed so quite noisy. They say they have parking on the site but actually it’s just a discount scheme with a parking at least 10 mins walk away- annoying in the rain! They only alerted us of that after we booked a non refundable stay.

The location is very good. Late night shop and restuarant just outside. Parking plaza is nearby, property provides you with discount card almost 60% discount. I paid 30gbp for 2 days instead of 70gbp. Checkin checkout is very easy all doors have codes to open them (front door and apartment door)

The apartment maintenance isn't very good, 1 congested toilet and seat was broken. (6 people apartment) 1 room had a window and ventilation, and the other room was a small closed room with no window. Hence, only two people could sleep comfortably. One sofa cum bed in the lounge not in any room. Choose wisely.

The room is big, very clean. Heater is good, has a big screen tv which connecting to the internet so it can be used for screen mirror. There is a small kitchen which incluses microwave oven, toaster, basic dishes and dish soap. There is tea and coffee. The room as a whole is very clean, and the sink has been cleaned up even the water stains. The location of the hotel is very good, just next to the Princes Street.

There is a bar next to the hotel, and the sound of music and the vibration of the subwoofer can be heard from the evening until close to 1am in the evening. The soundproofing of the room is poor. The room I stayed in was close to the reception, and basically small movements could be heard, even if the door of the corridor of the room was closed, the sound of the reception could be heard. Someone checked into the upstairs room in the middle of the night, and the sound of walking could be clearly heard.

The staff were ever so welcoming and very accommodating. I had to extend my stay and change plans, which was accommodated no problem, even though it was a very busy time for bookings. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have everything you need. Also the rooms/ apartments are in a beautiful building.

There are no other facilities in the hotel however it is centrally located, with a view to the castle, and you can use the cafe/ restaurant at their sister hotel where the food is great, coffee too and again the staff are the best asset there. Warm and friendly

Staff where great and really helpful

We want to take a nap in the afternoon but the music from the bar next door was really loud with the single glass windows after we went out for dinner that evening and came back the music has stopped and we had a great nights sleep

Loved our 1x night stay ... Apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious. Beds super comfortable. Set in a perfect location to main attractions with plenty restaurant options within an easy walk. The apartment was quiet and peaceful throughout the night. Perfect in every way, would highly recommend to all.

NO NEGATIVE COMMENTS - The 2 bedroom Apartment was perfect for 4 people with all expected amenities. There was nothing to dislike or complain about.

fantastic central location! modern stylish and very clean! very welcoming helpful staff! we were able to drop off all our luggage before check in and left them after check out so we didnt have to leave Edinburgh straight away!

These apartments have a nice style to them. They are centrally located off Princes Street and opposite Rose Street. The owner is very pleasant and we were made to feel welcome. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

There are a lot of stairs and no lift if you have any mobility problems. I would have liked another pillow but there was nobody around to ask later on. The light was hanging out of the ceiling and there wasn’t a proper door on the shower so the water went everywhere.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the apartment was excellent! It had everything we needed and was absolutely spotless.

Excellent location and reduced parking fee at Castle Terrace.

3 floors up and no-one there when we wanted to drop our bags off at noon but a cleaner opened the office for us.

Exceptional value for comfortable family accommodation for a few days. Host very accessible- answered messages promptly and staff member on site
