Ideal stop over en route from uk to Spain. Staff friendly and room is great. A good breakfast is included in the price. Very spacious bathroom with great facilities.

Although there is a mirror in the bathroom, one in the room would be useful for when someone is in the bathroom and you are getting ready in the morning.

Cozy and spacious duplex room, with a small kitchen, comfy beds and great breakfast. Free parking.

Location, despite being in the val d'aran, it is closer to the french border and far from the most interesting towns (Vielha, Arties, Baqueira). Nothing really interesting at walkable distance. We also missed a bathroom heater.

Large room. Comfortable bed. Hot shower and room very warm in mid November.

Doors are noisy when closed and other guests were not always quiet.

A really exceptional place to stay. My room was huge and with its own kitchen, sofa, and dining table felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. The Ostau has a busy restaurant and is within walking distance both of a popular cross-border commercial centre and the centre of Les itself, with all the facilities you'd expect in a small mountain town. There's a nice garden area out back, and a fantastic breakfast to set you up for a day's activities.
