The location was fantastic.

The water for the shower wasn't very warm. The towels should be luxurious and soft not hard. Just a suggestion. You could add a bench outside the shower under towel bar for placing clothes on when getting out of the shower. Also could use one at the hallway on entrance.

Room was absolutely Beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very modern. Did not feel like a hotel one bit, more like a tiny home!

I have no complaints at all about this property. Everything was immaculate and clean. Quiet and spacious.

The decor is phenomenal, the bed is super comfortable, all the amenities, including the kitchenette are useful and make you feel like you’re home. The staff is friendly and professional, trust me you don’t want to stay anywhere else.

The whole room was absolutely amazing! The complimentary snacks were very nice, the bath tub was wonderful.

At 10:15 we got a knock on the door about housekeeping and we said we didn’t need anything for now. It made us rush afterwards, and then the parking lot was covered in snow. They didn’t even plow the parking lot.

Conveniently located downtown. Wasn't sure about being on the first floor but it wasn't too noisy. The bed was very comfortable and bed was up a floating wood staircase. Loved that we had a restroom on both levels.

It would be helpful to have a luggage rack on the first floor since the shower is on the first level. Trash can is tiny. Need one slightly large or without a lid.

Stylish setting on Brockville main street provided an interesting stopover on our Highway 401 journey. We walked along main street and then down to the lovely views of St. Lawrence river a couple of blocks away, followed by a great meal at Nakhon Thai restaurant a few doors down from the hotel. The hotel is a stylish renovation within an old bank building. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette microwave and dishes with french press coffee maker (but no stove top) provided means for simple breakfast in the room. A comfortable and interesting stay.

This hotel isn't for everyone. It doesn't have the standard amenities of the chain hotel with included buffet breakfast. Virtual check-in with entry code, so no onsite staff. No in-house restaurant. Cost is significantly higher than the chains. Room furnishings and amenities were generally quite nice, but bed linens and pillows weren't as high end as one might expect at this price point.
