Amazing hotel at a great location! No better place if you want to explore Brockville. The place is gorgeous. Rooms are spacious, clean and so comfortable! Staff was amazing and extremely helpful. We are coming back for sure!

Try to imagine a modern NYC apt set in the quaint town of Brockville, ONT and you’ve got 48 West. We were blown away the minute we walked in. We instantly felt at home! Incredibly comfortable bed, amazing shower, automatic blinds and so much room to stretch out! I can’t say enough about the quality of our experience. This is the only place I’ll ever stay in this town for the rest of my life. It’s that good.

Incredibly comfortable bed, amazing shower, automatic blinds and so much room to stretch out! I can’t say enough about the quality of our experience. This is the only place I’ll ever stay in this town for the rest of my life. It’s that good.

The best place I've ever stayed! The rooms are immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the hallway exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I was particularly charmed by the old-style slow elevator – a delightful, nostalgic touch. The room itself was stunning, with an artistic and thoughtfully crafted design, a pristine bed, and a wonderfully fresh scent.
I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely be returning. The location is superb, within walking distance of several attractions such as the historic tunnel, the Aquatarium, and excellent restaurants. A truly exceptional experience!

This place is a gem in Brockville. Very modern, easy parking behind the building, easy walk to restaurants and the waterfront. Love the modern decor in a historic town. Arrived 1 hour before check in, called and asked for early check in, immediately granted. Will return again!

Boutique hotel, no staff on-site but a phone # if you need assistance. Shower was dodgy- scalding hot then freezing cold and relatively low volume (tried it twice, same problems both times). Great location, awesome decor and ambiance. Would definitely stay there again.
