Cant beat the pentbouse for maximum room and the best view..!! The outside deck area alone is is 60 feet long in each direction with multiple sitting areas. It was our favorite part of the trip of course, spending at least half of each day out on the penthouse roof patio..! Deerfield is a wonderful area! We would love to come back. Thank you, It was a wonderful 16 days.!

The place was great for us. We celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday and her family and friends absolutely loved the place and location. Looking forward to returning soon!

Family had great time, plenty of room for everyone, close to beach enough beach chairs for everyone, more than enough room to have dinner as a family, Great time was had by all.,

The views from the condo are fantastic. The space was perfect for home base for a destination wedding. We had the wedding brunch at the condo and 25 people fit just fine. The pool area was great and the location to the beach was wonderful. There are many restaurants that are within walking distance along with some shopping. It was nice to have a full-size washer and dryer. There was an extra fridge downstairs that worked great for overflow items. There were plenty of beach chairs and beach towels. There was plenty of plates, glasses, silverware and cookware. It was nice to have a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. Now to the not so good….the condo needs some TLC. One of the couches was not safe to sit on due to broken springs. The photos on VRBO are not exactly what the condo looks like, specifically the furniture. The mattresses in three of the four bedrooms were not at all comfortable along with one of the beds upstairs being loose/broken and moved/creaked every time you moved in the bed. There were non-working lights throughout the condo, but we made it work. The tile floors are cracked and the walls had marks all over them along with the kitchen cabinet paint job was horrible. We were given two garbage bags for the kitchen and when I contacted the mgmt company, I was told that was all provided but someone would drop off more, which never happened. My family and I had a wonderful stay at this penthouse. The location is excellent. We were steps away from a beautiful beach, great restaurants within walking distance, and a friendly, safe atmosphere. The unit is well equipped with a large kitchen, large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. The living room is spacious and comfortable. The two terraces were fabulous, offering great views of sunrise and sunsets. Highly recommend this penthouse.

This was the best condo I’ve ever stayed in. Really don’t want to give a great review because I’d like to keep it my secret, but I have to say this place is gorgeous! Clean, very large, lots of beds and baths, Great location, easy to get to beach, and spectacular views. What more could you possibly want?

Best oceanfront view we have ever stayed at.

The place was beautiful and location ideal. We appreciated the beach was very family friendly and not too crowded. The owners were quick to respond to any issues and very friendly. Definitely worth staying here again in the future!

Stayed at this property growing up as a child almost every year (nearly 40 years). Decided to take my first born son there for his first birthday, a relatives 75th birthday, and also my parents wedding anniversary. There was plenty of room for our new family, my parents, brother and Aunt. Sunny was exceptional and provided everything we could have asked for including baby gates, highchair, a pack n play and infant riding seat. All beach goodies like coolers, chairs, boogie boards, etc are there waiting in the unit upon arrival. 6 stars and look forward to renting this unit in the near future.

The property exceeded our expectations with the location and local amenities. The wrap-around balcony was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sights and sounds of the waves on the beach. The space was able to accommodate all 12 of us with no problems. I would book again in the future! I would say the property could use a bit of updating as some areas had a lot of wear and tear, a few light fixtures didn't quite work, and water pressure was very low for a few faucets.

Location perfect and view amazing

Superb view, living room and location! Dishwasher broke and they replaced it in less than 20 hours. Excellent service. As others mentioned 4th bedroom is a twin- best for a kiddo. Still a fabulous price though.

We are a family of five. (3 young adult children) This is the great location to walk to restaurants, fishing pier, shops or just stroll the boardwalk. Beach is steps away. We enjoyed the private outdoor terrace overlooking the beach with beautiful sunrises each morning, cocktails and sunsets in the evening. The penthouse condo was clean and comfortable. Property manager was accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back and bring extended family or friends along as there was lots of space.

We had a great stay during my nephews wedding weekend! I can’t imagine having booked a place that would have been more perfect for us. The location, layout of home, great kitchen, huge deck overlooking the ocean, multiple beach chairs and beach towels are just a few of the highlights that make this a great rental!!! We are already trying to figure out when we can come back😁 We had a small issue with one of the blinds not closing properly and they promptly sent someone over to remedy the situation. Management very easy to work with and responded quickly.

We came with a group of siblings. The views were spectacular, location perfect, beach and pool great! There was plenty of space for everyone. We had a great time!

The Property is Oceanfront. Fall into the pool or the Ocean within steps. The Sunrises are absolutely amazing! The rooftop patio deck was amazing looking down at the beach and ocean. Very spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home. The owner’s communications prior to and during our stay were fantastic. We had so much fun we have booked the next two years out already. Run don’t walk. Thanks for the great memories!

We had the best time staying at the penthouse! Our family has been coming to Deerfield Beach for over 30 years and you can’t beat the location. It’s a short walk to all the restaurants and an even shorter walk over to the beach. The apartment has 5 full bathrooms, which was perfect for our large group and came equipped with plenty of towels, beach chairs, and kitchen essentials. We will definitely be renting this unit again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Wonderful spacious apartment could do with more detail cleaning but overall we had a great time.

This condo is in a great location. The views are outstanding and there is plenty of room to sleep everyone comfortably. Because of all of this, we had a great time despite the condition of the condo. It was dirty. Our feet were black from walking around inside, showers had mold, most door handles and around them had dirty handprints, outdoor cushions were dirty/moldy. Overall the place needs a deep, deep clean. We were also surprised that the condo didn't have basic cleaning supplies (during a pandemic!). That includes counter spray, dish soap and there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms. The place seemed very unorganized from the linens to the games being in disarray. You definitely need to bring the basics soap, shampoo, cleaning supplies etc. We told the management company right away and they did offer to send their "professional" cleaning crew, but we were only there for three nights and our family reunion was underway. We chose to eat out or order in as the kitchen dishes, pans etc. seemed less than sanitary. The amount of time to get the place properly clean would have impacted our time together. We were so happy to enjoy our time together and the great beach location but were really disappointed and uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the place. On a positive note, they have a nice washer and dryer and tons of great Tommy Bahama Beach Cheers.

Fabulous location. Walking distance to just about everything. GREAT space. Rooftop deck was outstanding. View was fantastic. Kitchen and eating area was spacious. Living area was roomy too. Highly recommend this Deerfield Beach rental. We had a fabulous time!

We really enjoyed staying at this Penthouse condo! The view is spectacular! My main complaint is that bedroom number 4 is listed as being two single beds. It is a very small room, almost like a closet. If you pull out the second bed, there is no room to move. Also, the TV did not work in that room. In addition, one of the living room couches was broken. We would definitely stay there again!

The condo was lovely and we all enjoyed our stay. It was listed as having four bedrooms but in reality there were only three. The forth room was extremely small with just a single bed and no closet. We had planned to put my grandson and his new wife in that room but it was far too small. The door to the laundry closet was broken. It fell off and hit my daughter in the head. But all in all we had a great stay.

Queen mattress need to be changed. Furniture needs to be changed. An oven with legible markings is needed. Towels need to be replaced with new ones

We have stayed in the building several times, but never in the Penthouse!! What a treat!!!

We reserved this penthouse condo for the week of July 06, 2021 thru July 11, 2021. Yes, this property is located literally 30 yds. from the beach! The appearance of the property is clean, updated, & landscape areas are well maintained! Security is good with a gated parking lot & property access through code activated gates. When you walk in there is a full bathroom located in the hallway / entrance. Then there is one of the smaller rooms equipped with a nice TV, twin bed & a pullout underneath. The master bedroom on the lower level has a furnished balcony with a direct view towards the ocean, perfect for coffee & early morning sunrises! Head up the stairs & it opens to a spacious layout with wrap around sliding doors & breathtaking view of the ocean, beach, & pier! The kitchen, dining room & living room share this open area & you never lose site of the view while in this part of the condo! The kitchen is updated with a great layout & is well equipped with all the pots, pans, forks, knives & accessory you may need. The dining room table is enormous & will easily sit 12. The living room has a big LCD flatscreen 60+ inches & can be seen from kitchen, dining room, & living room. Exit the sliding glass door in the living room & there is a nice little patio area with an L couch & table that face the ocean! Now if you exit the sliding door on the dining room side, there is this large outdoor patio area which is covered by a trellis & has two L couches with tables & an outdoor dining room table. We spent a lot of our time out here just enjoying the view & watching the action at the beach. There are 2 master bedrooms on the second level. Both have their own bathrooms & equipped with TVs. The location of this property is great. You are yds. from the beach, one block from the pier & all the bars & restaurants are within a short walk! There is a pool with a pool deck, & a grass area with gas BBQ & charcoal BBQ grills. All are well maintained! Our stay was amazing & we did not want it to end! This place exceeded all our expectations!

The views are spectacular and the proximity to the beach, pool, and local restaurants are unbeatable. The place was stocked with beach gear and pool toys, as well as toys for babies and pack n plays. It was not clean. Sand on the floor, old furniture falling apart, garbage found between cushions, something rotting on the inside chairs and very moldy outside cushions. The view and enormous deck made up for it though, it was perfect for a few families spanning 4 generations.
