My family of eight decided to take a trip to St.Louis. We chose this property as it was close to everything that we wanted to see ask tourists. The property overall is quite nice it's a large home so the children can play and have space of their own. It was cleanly as well.

The neighborhood doesn't look the safest, but the house felt secure and clean. The house was near a bunch of St. Louis tourist destinations.

This is a home that served our family very well for an early Christmas with family. The beds were comfortable with extra blankets available if needed. We took several walks around the neighborhood area and felt safe. The driveway in the back is a bit steep and requires some careful maneuvering. We enjoyed the programmable coffee maker for hot coffee each morning. There is only one shower/bath so it did require some coordination for getting everyone ready in the morning. The home itself is a beautiful old home that has been updated and is very livable. We will definitely keep this in mind for future stays.

Pros: House has plenty on beds(7 that sleep 10). A/C worked great. Plenty of seating for meals. Great location. Very close to the Hill, science center, zoo, botanical gardens, Grant’s farm, Imo’s, Ted Drewes, Courtesy Diner…
Cons: A lot of ants on kitchen counter, only one shower, furniture uncomfortable in TV room, no garbage disposal, little counter space

The home is conveniently located to the highway, zoo, restaurants and parks. The house was comfortable and clean. The family enjoyed cooking and playing games. Overall a fun time.

We arrived and the property had not been cleaned from the last party that stayed there. They sent a cleaning crew out that failed to wash the sheets in the beds. We found "items" from the past residents and had to was all of the bedsheets and complete the rest of the cleaning ourselves. We will never book with JZ Vacation Rentals again and will avoid them at all costs. They failed to contact us back when asked about fixing the mistake.

Really enjoyed our spring break week. This rental was in the perfect location to everything. It was so easy to navigate to and from. The house was very clean, beds sleep amazing and everything was just perfect. We will definitely rent again in the future!

House was exactly as shared on the listing. JZ properties were easy to work with and communicated everything we needed in a timely manner. The property is in a great location next to Forrest Park and a short drive to anything you want to do in St. Louis. Parking is a bit tight, but we were able to get 3 cars into the tight, ally parking that was made available. We will definitely keep this place on our list of revisits when we are back in St. Louis.

Property was nice and just what our multigenerational family trip needed! Plenty of parking (3 spaces) and space for the family. Only precaution the neighbor encouraged to not leave anything in the car overnight, but we didn't have any issues.

The back yard and Ally are not very nice but we did not do any thing out there other than park. It was nice not to have to park in the street. Were told by the nice neighbors not to leave anything in the car. We had no trouble. Over all it was nice and I would stay there again.

The area was great for getting to all that Forest Park and Down Town had to offer. The home was very clean and easy to find everything. This a very charming, comfortable old house. Decor is very well done. Location is close to all the wonderful downtown entertainment such as the zoo, aquarium, and city museum.

Great weekend experience
This was the perfect house for my family- 6 adults and 4 kids- for two nights. It had everything we needed for a short weekend trip and the check-in/out process was simple. There was enough safe parking for 3 vehicles and it was a close drive to all the downtown attractions.

Our Christmas Vacation!
The property was really nice, just as listed.. it is on a busy street, but owners took renters into consideration with sound machines in every bedroom to help with the noise. It was central to everything we wanted to do. I would suggest that they provide plastic cups for children, the glass ones are too heavy. All in all we would rent again!

Walk to Forest park, central location and comfy beds!
We finished our 10 day stay over the holidays at this rental. . We enjoyed the home, the beds were very nice, home clean and tidy and kitchen well stocked. 😊 The large dinning table was perfect for our family of 9 and we hosted people over for game night and dinner with ease.
Our biggest concern was the safety of the front door to the property. It was old, glass door that lacked any privacy shade or covering and allowed people from the street to see in.
The location was central to many things, we walked to forest park often, the science center, museums etc, with quick access to both freeways and the Hill. This home is located right on Kingshighway and close to a major hospital, the road noise and ambulance sirens make it a little noisy. This home does have white noise machines in each bedroom which made a huge difference for sleep.
The parking and rear entrance made this home easy to access and convenient. Walking the dog in forest park was a real treat for us. We enjoyed our time here and think you will too.

The home was comfortable and worked nicely for our group. We were close to the areas we wanted to visit while in St Louis. The home was very clean - the kitchen was stocked with a variety of needed tools and dishes. There could have been more towels - we had 10 people and were given 10 bath towels. With all girls/women, more towels for hair would have been welcome.
