Large room. Price was reasonable for room.

Staff very unhelpful. Facilities are bad. Breakfast is poor. Location is extremely bad. Restaurant food bad quality and limited. Shower head broken, not fixed, hair conditioner not replaced, hand soap not replaced. Cleaners in room at 3pm cleaning when i leave at 9am. Very bad hotel and not close to 5*. More like 3*

My favorite place when on a business trip in istanbul. Rooms a great and all the facilities are there. Definitely come back next time

Large room

The first room had a bad smell like sewage. The second room not as much.

the only thing that was good was the Pub

Comfortable and clean. Front office staff is very friendly and helpful

Did not enjoy the breakfast. Coffee and juices were diluted. Lousy omelette. F&B staff were not friendly

Before it was good.

I booked as early check in and I take the comfirmation from the hotel but they did not accept me before 2 pm while there was a lot of empty rooms. They charge me more than I booked in the site and they told the exchange rate has been changed. It was first time it happened to me. The breakfast was awful. Every thing looked expired with bad taste. I was in a non-smoking room but it was the smell of smoke everywhere.

Hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The spa facilities are very good. The location is Ok if you want a real Turkish location. It’s around half hour by taxi to the tourist areas

I booked this hotel because it had a kitchen in the rooms but that was disappointing. No oven/hob, nor cutlery or plates. Just a microwave and kettle, plus mini fridge
