BEACHFRONT with Spa
Di fronte alla spiaggia. Vista sull'oceano da quasi ogni stanza. I veicoli sono autorizzati a guidare sulla spiaggia, ma non ATV, per fortuna! Internet ad alta velocità, spa, caminetto, barbecue a gas, grande barbecue in legno, grande ponte, cortili, televisori in ogni camera da letto e soggiorno, due poltrone, due fold-out, un re, una regina, 1 doppio. Ci sono 3 camere da letto. Uno è grande con un letto matrimoniale e un pieghevole con annesso bagno completo. Gli altri due hanno una matrimoniale e una doppia. Essi sono molto piccole e sono separati da una parete e una porta (non un corridoio). Quelli nel letto matrimoniale hanno accesso diretto a un bagno di mezzo. Quelli nel letto matrimoniale può accedere privatamente al bagno di servizio vicino alla cucina andando in giro a pochi metri fuori. Ci sono due bagni e mezzo. Lavatrice / asciugatrice, fuori strada parcheggio per tre veicoli di dimensioni regolari.

Cozy little house with views of the sand, surf and sunset. Great spot for watching the offorad action happen on the Dunes. in the evenings we also saw dolphins just past the surf and whales off in the distance

Beds are uncomfortable to sleep at night. Good for 1-2 night stay. Property is Very easy access to beach. Easy to reach to property owner.

Great overall stay. It had all that you need to enjoy time with family & friends and plenty of seating inside and plenty of seating outside for everyone to enjoy. Sitting on the mini sand dunes outside the patio watching the activity on the beach was great Communication w the Host was easy & excellent!

The views of the dunes and ocean were breathtaking. Close to activities and restaurants. I have a bit lower score because the house is “real beachy” which means it’s outdated. If that’s your thing then it will be perfect.
The VBRO host was friendly and interested in making sure our stay was memorable.

Enjoyed the property except the 3rd bedroom was not a fit for our group. 80 year olds that need more privacy than walking through the adjoining bedroom. Also too difficult as the beds were against the wall so you would have to climb over each other. One of the couples opted to go get a hotel room.

We absolutely love it here it’s our second time , I did bring my 5 yr old grandson this time he absolutely loved it he didn’t want to go home he wants to live here I noticed a few small changes since our last stay but still wonderful

The location is spectacular given you can walk into sandy beach right outside the backdoor.
The parking, ease of getting to the house, the check in process, the communication with the property manager were all smooth.
The house could use updates, and given the proximity to the beach and wind, it is hard to keep it clean/ keep the sand off the house.

Our family enjoyed the property. We were very satisfied with everything. The jacuzzi was very outdated but we were able to still use. The views of the beach ocean and sunset were breathtaking. The property owner welcomed us when we got there. A lot of towels, a lot of seating areas and everything was so clean. We enjoyed the fire pit and watching those driving up to the dunes. Our pets approved the place. Near by stores. Minutes away from the pier and monarch camp of hwy 1 from the house. The breeze from outside was enough to keep the house cool. The BBQ slow burners hard to cook a lot of meat. We had lots of fun staying at the property. Two parking spot for the property and the property was adorable. We will certainly be recommending the place to our friends and family. We will definitely be coming back.

The location of the house is absolutely gorgeous and the house has so much character. The pictures do not do it justice! Short drive to nearby beach cities and local grocery stores. The house is outdated, but other than that we had an excellent stay and Nell is very helpful. It should be noted that the hot tub is shared between the two houses. We came during a storm so we were not able to use it. Some extra check in details would be helpful for new guests. We would love to come back when the weather is nicer! Thank you very much for having us.

We play in the Oceano Dunes every year so our group rented the front half and the back half of this property. It is super close to the Pier Street entrance and during the day we could park our rigs on the beach and walk up to the house for lunch, etc. Great sunset views and the firepit is right out front which was fun for the group. We were able to enjoy the BBQ and there is even a Santa Maria grill but we didn't use it. Next time! Nell, the owner, was a pleasure, her property is a definite crowed please and will stay here again.

This is our second time we stayed for 5 ladies for girl's weekend. We inten on making tgis our annual trip. Owner is awesome and very attentive and kind.

Rated 4 stars on check in because cleaning was still there when we walked in at 4:05pm. She was very nice and attentive. I pointed out that the garbage bins were full. She called the owner and let us know it would be emptied by the next morning.
The house is always clean when we arrive. we are a return family and consider The Sanddollar our vacation home.
Plenty of tables and chairs in the backyard (the beach) as well as the campfire area.
The kitchen is fully equipped. It has everything you need to cook meals for the family.
We love Pismo because of this place. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
2 things that need attention but still work:
1. Master bathroom sink drains very slow.
2. Refrigerator is pretty loud. Maybe needs a tune up or be replaced.

We had a great experience at the sand dollar. The house and property was very peaceful. The location is perfect and beautifu, right on the beach with a fire pit and chairs. We would definitely rent again. Our overall experience was 5 stars.

All 5 stars not because it’s new, it is old and funky but clean. Perfect for people watching, hanging at the fire pit, getting out on the Dunes which we did. Unit in front is a little close for my liking. If you come to stay inside and are fussy, go somewhere else. Come to have a good time and be out on the beach etc, fun place.

Our family enjoyed our visit to the Sanddollar over Labor Day weekend. The house is a bit quirky but what one would expect for a beach cottage. We really enjoyed the nightly fire pit out front, and convenient location to a few restaurants and general market for basics. Nell was a very communicative host, and was quick to respond to several of our inquiries. Ultimately, we would stay here again, but on not such a busy weekend as the automobile/trailer traffic on the beach was constant, and not very safe for our young children to be playing out front. **We have heard that the city is trying to put a stop to vehicle beach access within the next year or two...

We drove up from LA to celebrate my Mother’s 95th birthday. We wanted a place on the beach that was big enough to host a dinner with relatives that live in the area. Cozy Midcentury cottage with big deck and fire pit right on the beach, overlooking the ocean and nice courtyard with new gas grill in the front. We had a delightful time. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this place. From the retro entry that reminded me of the Three's Company apartment to the sand backyard three feet from the slider that provided breathtaking views and access to the beach. An absolute wonderful setting! We had a wonderful time and would absolutely book again.

What a unique gem! The layout was so roomy and comfy. Plenty of beds and seating for watching a movie. The fireplace was a added bonus! The location doesn't get any closer to the sand! The home was well stocked with plenty of plush towels and bedding and everything we needed to cook a wonderful meal while eating on the back porch with toes in the sand and the waves and sunset in plain sight! The owner was so kind and quick to help with anything we needed. Ample parking! ATV rentals for sand dunes 2 mins walk away. We will definitely be back! p.s. Our Dog loved it too!

Family get together in this cottage at the beach, the sand is lovely and soft, perfect for little ones to build and dig. The distance from the public area allows family privacy.
The house is an old fashioned cottage in the sand. Summery and fun for all. Good location.

Spent the first few days at the Seagull property then moved into the Sanddollar. We have stayed at the Sanddollar in the past and absolutely loved the views and proximity to everything. Nell is a wonderful host. Look forward to returning soon.

This is our go to location and we love it! Tons of space, love all the windows to let in the sun and show beautiful views. Step out the back to the sand! Nel is helpful and thoughtful and we appreciate her sharing such a wonderful place with us!

This quaint beach house was the perfect getaway for a girls trip. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the deck while listening to the waves. Then we wound down our nights in the hot tub.

We had fires in the firepit every evening, BBQ'd dinners and really got to relax. Thanks to Nell for such a great experience.

Very smooth process renting it

We had a nice stay. Location is great if you plan to ATV/ Dune buggy etc… in Oceano since the house is right at the entrance. Not a great location if you want to hang out on the beach of if you have young kids because of all the cars on the beach. The house had everything you could need and the intentions are good but the house is very old and the decor is in desperate need of updating. I love old things and live in a 1940 house but all the old furniture etc… makes the house look run down and dirty even though it was clean. Make sure you check out the pictures online and know what you are getting. Adjacency to beach is great, beach is beautiful and fire pit was nice. Nothing to do in Oceano except for off roading on beach but close to Pismo and other places for easy day trips.
