Wat een prachtig ruim appartement met heerlijke bedden fijne badkamers en een schitterend uitzicht

Duża przestrzeń, 3 sypialnie, 2 łazienki dla 5 osób to duża wygoda. Przestronna kuchnia/salon, super wyposażone. Fajny widok na zatokę. Czysto. Ważne - w każdym praktycznie pomieszczeniu była klimatyzacja, która pozwalała na grzanie, co w okresie styczniowym miało kluczowe znaczenie.
Lokal wygląda na intensywnie użytkowany, jest zużyty. Chodzi zarówno o meble, ale przede wszystkim łóżka, pościel. Daje to poczucie niskiej jakości. Silne wiatry powodowały hałas w pokojach. Deszcze sprawiały, że parapety były mokre.

The pretty detailed step-by-step check-in instruction. Location was perfect for us (we had a rental car). Picturesque view during day and night. 2 big balconies + 2 small ones. The apartment is spacious, a lot of daylight. Cafeteria and grocery store at the same block. Possible to swim right in the harbour but nice beaches are a bit further.
Lack of maintenance of the apartment, walls need to be painted, lack of permanent ventilation when the apartment is locked. All furniture is cheap, old, uncomfortable, worn and ready to break down. Sliding balcony doors don't close properly, a bit noisy because of traffic. Bathtub and shower are very mouldy, cheap shower heads and some nipples are blocked. The thinnest toilet paper we've ever seen. Dining equipment cheap, half broken, knives do not cut - they just smash, electric kettle needs deep cleaning. The only bed which is more or less comfortable is in the main bedroom. Were no socket adapters at all, except the one with the electric kettle. Keep in mind that everywhere in Malta tap water is not drinkable.
Was a bit complicated to find the very first point of check-in: the white aluminium gate. Actual location is at the back side of the building's block, next to the entrance to the basement garage, the gate by itself is just about 1m high and made of a few square frame bars. It's a bit confusing because many buildings are built just next to each other and have several entrances. Look for the building "Harbour View Place".

Location was great, it was clean and well maintained. East to get too and really good seperate areas for sleeping and living.
Not enough cooking pots and pans and light in laundry never fixed during the stay. Instructions for television was limited

Spacious apartment with amazing views to the harbor for a decent price! Recommended for a family; the bus stop is just around the corner and it takes around 30 minutes to Valleta and other main attraction points.
The third room is a kid’s room with a rather hard single bed - not so great if you’re staying with all grownups. We couldn’t find the iron and the cafe maker anywhere either. I’d suggest the owners to organize and prepare the recycling trash bins (labels/plastics bags/instructions/etc) in advance - the maltese system can be quite confusing.

Our stay here was unfortunately very disappointing and did not meet up to the expectations of what was advertised. We were promised two keys, only one was delivered and when requested again still not provided. Dishwasher did not work, advised owner and she responded with “it was fine before you arrived”. No help at all. We were only provided one towel per person, and stayed for 5 days. When we requested beach towels, the owner simply said we could just wash our bath towels. There was no laundry detergent provided or any shower soap. Also only given 3 rolls of toilet paper. The air conditioning didn’t work and the beds were very poor quality and uncomfortable (could feel the springs). There was a large broken storage cube in the hallway holding the previous stays dirty laundry. The apartment was basically empty. It would’ve been nice to have basic condiments in the kitchen like oil or s&p. We were very excited for this stay as the photos looked beautiful, however we recommend to stay anywhere else but here.

Great views, arguably the best in the bay. Large bedrooms, two modern bathrooms. AC units in all areas incl hallway.
Odd hallway entrance which blocks the corridor. Single beds were a bit springy.

Good location for divers. Nearby is a bird watching park as well. Some cafes and shops nearby, bolt taxi service is available even in the middle of the night. The flat is really spacious.

It is a comfortable penthouse. I would recommend it for 5 people. The view is nice.
The price-value is good.
In one of the bedrooms the bedding was not ready we had to make it for ourselves.
The percolator for making coffee is old and rusty.

Property was large … big bedrooms and nice modern bathrooms. Great view. Property management guy was extremely helpful when we had some issues.
Most furniture was worn looking … could use updating. View is lovely but apartment overlooks a busy, fairly noisy road.

Everything was great, we had a wonderful stay. The apartment is really spacious so it was comfortable, it has a nice balcony view for a morning coffee and everything was really clean. I highly recommend staying here!!

This is a good apartment. Top (5th) floor of a small apartment building, good security, very good size , comfortable beds, clean, good location, lovely view, fairly quiet, Well air conditioned. Walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants. There are four balconies which add a lot to the apartment. Wifi very good . There is a lift. The apartment overall is probably better than the information on Booking.com.
1. Quantity and quality of kitchen crockery and glasses is poor for such an otherwise good apartment.
2. Welcome was lacking.
3. Very little information on the locality, amenities etc.
There are two minor aspects that the owner/letting agency can do nothing about but visitors should be aware of:
1. Parking in the area can be difficult at the weekend. It is free street parking. Just to be aware of if you return late in the evening on Friday or Saturday especially.
2. Morning traffic starts at 7 am or so. It can be noisy for about 40 minutes.

The apartment was very spacious and clean for the most part. This apartment could fit up to at least 6 people, there was a crib in this apartment as well. The TV at the property has Netflix added as an app so that was beneficial. This apartment had very good views overlooking the water in St. Paul’s Bay.
- Parking at the property was difficult to find
- Please keep in mind there is no heat in this property so if you don’t stay during the summer you will be cold
- There was no iron on site, this may seem small but if you have expectations for an iron to be present it affects how you dress during your stay. The property manager assured us there was an iron there but after searching the whole residence, we never found the iron and the property manger never came to assist with this issue.
- There was mold located in the shower.
- The outdoor balcony in the master bedroom had a loose railings
- Some of the bedding had old stains on them
- Some of the beds and other furniture seemed worn and outdated

Love the place and it is worth the money. The view is amazing and it gets you to holiday mood immediately. Apartment is very spacious, all terraces are giving you options to have breakfasts/dinners and chill at any point in time during the day; AC working very well. it is great for the bigger groups or families with children. All necessary amenities in place. great kitchen, 2 big bathrooms. Supermarket close by, bus stops just few meters away, there was a hotel pool few meters away that you can use as well (15EUR/Day/1 person); we have used Bolt taxis as travelling as a bigger group; max distance to places 30 min by car; usually it was between 10 to 25 min. Host brilliant, all information accurate; responses very timely. Getting to apartment and picking up the keys very easy.
Apartment is way better than described by the host on the booking.com site.

wonderful view, easy to reach and good spot to discover the various beaches and historic sites around. Awesome heritage trail just 50m away with ancient caves and the oldest cerub tree of the island

The place is huge, super comfortable, the views are fantastic. I saw in some previous comments complaints about missing AC - now it’s there in every room (including bathroom :o). Highly recommended.
