Great property. Great team really enjoyed the help from Panos (Chef) and Dimitri (Host). Very kind and flexible. really enjoyed the breakfast options but also the dinner that was delivered.

The pool is not heated. To cold to be used in April.

Nice modern villa, the largest private pool ever. It was too cold slightly to swim in it. In ideal world it would be heated. But we spent hours in a roof top Jacuzzi and were swimming in the sea on 27th of November(3 minutes to walk).Suberb staff.

Breakfast was good. Location was ni e but on the quiet side, a car was necessary but luckily we were half board so didn't need to travel too much.

It was difficult for our taxi driver to locate the office to collect the keys but once there the staff were fab!

We saw in photos that we will have a cover area but we didnt.. we asked for extra unbrellas since we have two small children.. The fridge was not working.. they kind of fix it after 2 days.. The pool stairs was not stable.. one of the child almost to fell in.. There are a lot of small things that were not what we saw in photos from booking.. Kind of dissapointing.. and especially that we were on the phone with the company but the person in charge was not anywhere to talk to us..

All contact was replied to immediately, Property was amazing - The food package was above and beyond expectations.

Just recommendations - No mirrors by any powerpoint for drying hair. No surface for toiletries in bathroom, sensor controlled light in bedroom.

Modern and we'll equipped villa. Cleaning service does their job very well.

Location is a bit far from main streets. Restaurants and shops are reachable by car

When one of the girls got Covid, the staff kicked her out and made her wait in the sun and would not let her use the washroom or anything. Very poor end to a nice stay.

Absolutely wonderful stay. My third time at Sunrise Seaview Villas and definitely not my last. The villa is modern and beautifully designed with wonderful amenities (jacuzzi, pool etc). The location is in a quiet street, 2 minute walk from the beach, but also close to city centre Protaras (10 minute car drive). I would also recommend trying their breakfast because it's delicious!

Sky property when giving us the keys to the villa it was very complicated and wasted around 1:30 minutes.

I liked everything

The villa is modern, spacious and is just a beautiful space to be in. The kitchen has all the facilities needed, the house has a lot of natural light, and the pool area is gorgeous. We loved the location because we were looking for an area that is quiet, and close enough by car to good restaurants and supermarkets. It is also 3 minute walk from trinity beach. SkyPrime management are professional and for the most part were quick to respond and help us out when necessary (bringing a kettle, changing a light etc). I appreciated that a representative comes with us during check in to show us how to work the lights, AC etc. I've been looking to book this place since I was in Dubai in April and had relatively high expectations. Overall, it didn't disappoint.

I would have given this stay a 10/10 if it weren't for the sewage problem we faced that didn't get solved. We stayed in villa 9, which has a sewage problem. A smell of poo would come and go during the morning around the pool area, to intensify strongly in the afternoon, and to become unbearable at night. We asked the maintenance team to come in and check on it, and we had a back and forth for 3 days trying different solutions. Unfortunately they weren't able to solve it, and SkyPrime management wasn't able to move us into another villa. I honestly would have still given the place a 10/10 despite the problem, as these things happen. However, I would have appreciated if the SkyPrime management team followed up more proactively, and tried to offer any type of consolation for renting as a villa that has an issue.
