The host is amazing, super friendly with great recommendations and local which is amazing.

The interior style is a bit old-fashioned but we barely stayed in the house

Good sized villa with air-conditioning ensuite and main bathroom with shower. Lovely pool, with sun beds. Beach is 5 minuite walk. Enough bath and beach towels.

Some noisey neighbours

We had a really great stay at Fotini Villas. Demetris was a brilliant host, met us at the property, left tea, coffee, beer, wine and essentials for us. The property is exceptionally clean and well presented. We come to Cyprus every year as we have family there, but haven't stayed in this area before. Excellent Wifi - a must with teenage children. Brilliant Air Con, nothing was too much trouble. Perfect Location. The property is located a short walk from Firemans Beach, which is a really nice small sandy beach, with a lovely beach bar overlooking the sea open day and evening. You would need to hire a car to go into Protaras or further afield. Lidl and various supermarkets 5 min drive away We would definitely stay again.

It was great that the host was there to meet us and even though out flight was delayed till the early hours they were happy to wait to meet us. The swimming pool was a great bonus and the hosts were very accomodating for the small baby we were bringing, setting up the cot for us. The kitchen and bbq are very well stocked and lovely touch with the welcome pack on arrival. Would 100% recommend!

The owner was so nice and took care of all our needs. He helped with everything we asked for and was so accommodating. The location was perfect and the villas clean and comfortable.

The villa was equipped with everything needed. Theres Aircon if needed and also heaters too. Clean towels (for common use and for the beach) several balconies to sit on and enjoy the sun too! The pool is a great size and although we didn't use the BBQ it was still very appreciated. Can imagine the fun of barbecuing lovely food in the summer with family. Can't forget about the gorgeous and loving cat that joined us throughout our visit! So so friendly.

The only thing really was that the pool was quite cold, though that's definitely our fault for booking in April, so not the owners fault whatsoever. It would be great to have a pool heater there for the slightly lower temperatures but again not the owners problem! :) It would have been lovely to recieve a welcome package as it was pretty expensive to rent for a week but shops are onhand close to the villa for anything essential.

nothing all was lovely and great

We loved our stay here. We had a great communication with the host, he arranged our transport from the airport, met us at the villa and showed us all amenities, provided us with towels and also drove us to the supermarket and back, as it was late in the evening. We had the house (1 livingroom, 3 bathrooms, 3 rooms, with air conditioning) for ourselves, the house and pool were clean as presented in the pictures, the wifi was good for work and leisure, also the livingroom TV. The bed was confortable, we slept very good. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. We enjoyed the privacy and staying there, but also visiting the two nearby beaches (3 minutes); we visited other 3 beaches on the coastline, on foot, also walked to Paralimni, visited Protaras, Aya Napa & Larnaca by bus (1,50 euro) and by Bolt (Paralimni to Aya Napa 7 euro, Aya Napa to the house 14 euro). It is a 50 min drive to Larnaca so it is a very good base to explore Cyprus by car (from Larnaca you can take the highway to Paphos or Nicosia) and also enjoy not so crowded beaches on foot, bus or by car and also tourist atractions. The small town has supermarkets, restaurants with good food & service and some small beach bars. The resorts nearby were pretty crowded and vibrant in October, with sandier beaches for everyone's liking. If you are a couple or come with friends and family, the house is a good value-for-money choice, especially is you rent a car/bike etc, but also if you enjoy walking. October seemed a very good time to visit Cyprus, the water was warm and the weather very very good (29 -31 degrees), and the smaller pebblier beaches nearby were not crowded and we liked the views and the athmosphere better. As our flight was delayed for 1 night, Dimitris hosted us in another house after a late chekout and also provided us with a late checkout the last day so we could enjoy the beach more. He is a very welcoming host with a nice family we would like to meet again.

Lovely little villa in quiet location a short walk to the beach

We arrived at 3 o'clock and the host allowed us to enter the house even though it was indicated that entry was possible from 2 p.m.

Spacious villa, good facilities. Short walk to beach and local bars / restaurants. Protaras a short drive away.

Property was fantastic, large, clean and modern. Owner was amazing, nothing was too much trouble, always on hand to pop by for anything needed. Will be staying again
