This property is as listed. The home was clean, and comfortable. The best part about about it is, it’s location. We walked to the stadium daily and had a wonderful time. It was close to the Beth store, the dispensary, and the grocery store. We will definitely stay again.

2nd year we've stayed here. Excellent location for baseball games. Easy freeway access, and lots of dinning out options in the area. Clean house just about you need to be comfortable.

We are three mature adults who enjoy spring training games, and this location is perfect for traveling to different parks in Phoenix. The home is clean and quiet and very comfortable. The owners were prompt and super helpful with the question we had. We would definitely stay here again if the possibility arises.

This was one of the best VRBO rentals I have ever rented. The house has obviously been recently redone, it was all spotlessly clean and felt new. The beds were comfortable with upgraded linens and towels. All items in the house worked and were simple to figure out. There is a nice outdoor patio with a great large grill. The patio furniture is kept covered when not in use, so it was all clean and ready for use. If you are a sports fan the location is ideal, walking distance to the Cardinals stadium and the Westgate Sports and Entertainment complex was many great restaurants and entertainment options. It is also centrally located for many of the baseball spring training stadiums. Lastly, the hosts were great to work with! We will definitely be back.

The VRBO was excellent in many ways. Very clean, well stocked, and an exceptionally fantastic location, definitely less than a mile walking to the entrance of the stadium. We were tailgating with friends, just across the street and then went on to the game. Everything was fantastic, I really great place. Everything would’ve been better if the Cardinals had one, but alas, they lost again.

We were in town for the Cardinals/ Eagles game. This place was the perfect place to stay for the game. Easy walk to the stadium. Beautiful clean house with everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommended and will stay again.

We were able to walk to State Farm arena to watch a concert. Clean and comfortable, lots of amenities. And good air conditioning in August in Arizona!

This home is super clean with plenty of space and a fantastic location to the two big arenas. It was a short and easy walk!

Good location if you want easy access to Phoenix activities. Attentive hosts and nice walking/bike path nearby along canal.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was just as described in the listing. It was clean, well stocked with essentials and check-in/check-out was a breeze. One of the nicest things about this property is the location. Several times we walked to the many attractions at the Glendale Entertainment District. Literally across the street from State Farm Stadium, Gila River arena and the many dining and shopping choices. We will definitely look for this property in the future!!

A great house that is close to Top Golf, State Farm Stadium, Gila River Arena and Westgate. All bedrooms have TVs and it is a nice cozy house with everything you need! Will stay there again!

I have stayed at a few VRBO properties across the US and this was one of the nicest I have stayed at. Great layout. Nice sized bedrooms. Private backyard. And lots of little touches that made the stay well worth it. I would highly recommend this rental property and would definitely stay again.

We went to the 49ers vs Cardinals game. We walked to the stadium We were so close. The place it selft was great good size rooms and very clean. Everything is maintained nicely and good condition. We will come back after this great experience. I recommend this place if you are going to Cards games or Coyotes games. Everything is walking distance

We rented this house because of its proximity to Westgate. We LOVED this house. Everything was so clean and was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone coming to visit the area again.

I just stayed here with a group of 4 for an Az Cardinals game. The property is exactly as described and was perfect for our group. The location is perfect and just a short walk to the stadium and Westgate. John was extremely responsive and allowed us to check in early and check out late when our flights were delayed. I am already looking at the NFL and NFL schedules to book my next trip and I will definitely stay here when I return.

The house was huge with enough room to accommodate my family and some visiting family members as well. It was very clean and we enjoyed our stay there. We maybe looking at staying there again soon. Thank you so much to the owners for welcoming us into your home.
