It was the worst experience i have ever endured during a hotel stay. I arrived at the the Hotel at 3:25 pm and my room was not ready. The staff at the fromt desk told me that i had to wait until 4-4:30 for my room to be ready. After 40 mins of waiting, they gave me a room key and asked me to wait by my room while house keeping were rushing to clean my room. Also, they didn’t give us the room that we had requested from Booking.com (room with Golf View), they gave me us a room with a parking lot view. My room had two pillow only, and it was next to the reception hall so i can here all the foot traffic, the club downstairs, the housekeeping crew screaming at each other. My family and i could not sleep until 4-5 am the first two night. The pool side was a disaster, i could not get a pool bench seat because it was super crowded, the staff at the pool were helpless, and the Animation crew were drinking on scene and acting a bit agressive with the guests. The Buffet selection was not great! Same menu was repeated everyday…the restaurant would get so crowded and the hotel didn’t manage the crowd very well…they didn’t have waiting lines for certain dishes and they didn’t have enough plates for everyone. I do not recommend this hotel at all for summer stays and i paid over $230 dollars a night for a horrible experience

Rooms are very big, very clean and a nice bathroom The entertainment team was the best, hard workers and very nice. We had a great time. I think one of the best hotels in the area, keep up the good work

What we liked best as a young family was the hygiene, comfort and the incredibly friendly staff. Every staff member was very helpful and enthusiastic. The animation team entertained the guests very well. There is a huge buffet with a wide variety of dishes.

The wellness is not included in the price, which is a pity. There is also no schedule available on which the program and the facilities of the hotel are indicated. Such as the start of the buffet and the activities of the animation team. This would have been handy, since we always had to walk to the reception to inquire about this. But few of the staff speak English. It is swarming with mosquitoes, be prepared for this and buy products for this before you go outside in the evening!

The food is not good. No creativity and no freshness. No big choice of salads and fresh food.

The stay was great the staff were very welcoming and sheerful and the ambiance was magnificent. My wife and I are very happy about our stay with our 8 months baby . I really recommend it 👌

The room was very clean and quiet. The receptionist Med-Amine was very friendly. The food was ok.

The guy of the swimming pool was not responsible. I asked for a parasol, he promised me one but he was playing with his cellphone all the time while he should be concerned with the safety of the swimmers. Stuff nr 6 was also not responsible and lying to us.

We were automatically upgraded to a superior room. It was incredibly spacious with a good balcony with table and chairs. Great views. We finally discovered stairs directly to the beach. Coffee selection was good.

Limited drinks offering. Fresh fruit juices and a choice of alcohol drinks warranted.

it was kind of empty during March. the food options are restricted. the food quality is average. the bathroom sinks don’t have a good draining system. the room was cold even with them providing us a heater.

I was not able to check into the same room with my partner as marriage certificate was required; we had to rent another room; although the rooms were identical and adjacent, the price difference was huge; the room by Booking .com was MAD 1790 while the extra room rented at the hotel site was only MAD 800.

Situated on the Atlantic coast, splendid landscape...that’s all. The cooks preparing the omelette were very kind and serviable.

In spite of absolute free hotel, I have been given a room with a strong cigarettes odour. How is it possible to declare non-smoking that room, I have no idea. Next day, upon request, the reception has given me another room. Both dinner and breakfast very poor, the service in the restaurant is under standards. The hotel needs heavy investments to be considered a nice resort. Unfortunately, there is no much choice in the region.
