Die Lärmbelästigungen bzw. Ruhestörung im Zi. 203: einmal die Gräusche der Lüftungsanlage vor dem einem Fenter (nach hinten) und vor dem anderen Fenster (seitlich des Gebäudes) die Motorengeräusche der Servicefahrzeuge (Lieferungen u. Abholungen) ab morgens 5:00 Uhr. Die Fenster mussten geschlossen bleiben, was letzlich sehr negativ war. Diese Zimmer sind m.E. als "5-Sterne-Zimmer" nicht vermietbar - hier sollte auf die Qualitätseinschränkungen hingewiesen werden einschließlich einem deutlichem Preisnachlass. Das während der Frühstückzeiten bereits der Reinigungssrvice aktiv war. Die angebotenen Brötchen wären im Vergleich zu den anderen (leckeren) Speisen entäuschend und "pappig" im Geschmack.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing central location, overlooking the marina. The room had a marina view, working aircon, a very comfortable, large bed, large bathroom with a comfortable shower cubicle. For some reason, there was a sliding hatch between the bathroom and bedroom (the size of a kitchen window you get in some older properties between the kitchen and the lounge?). Working TV, some bottled water, basic tea and coffee facilities - all meeting our expectations if not exceeding them. Free to use safe, bathrobes and slippers, and basic toiletteries. Massive appreciation for the sewing kit! I ripped my brand new dress on day one but could mend it immediately :) Restaurant: we had breakfast at the hotel on the last day and it was exquisite; we also had an evening meal there and was very nice, also serving lovely own beer and cocktails Spacial thanks to Adam, one if the concierges - what a lovely gentleman, full of advice and so helpful! The room was cleaned and complimentary drinks replaced daily. We didn't use the minibar but the option was there :)

- Not being able to pop into the restaurant for a morning coffee- the restaurant at the front of the hotel in the mornings is only serving breakfast to the hotel guests, it opens to external guests in the afternoon. Neither of us has breakfast so this wasn't for us at 80PLN/person but there are a few lovely cafes and restaurants in the same row that we went to instead - they will change your towels daily whether you leave them on the floor or on the hook, so as lovely as that was, so much for saving the planet! - use the safe! On the first day the staff definitely went through my handbag left of the chair under a piece of clothing- nothing missing, and nothing of value had been left in it, but it didn't feel nice to come back to it wide open and the item from top moved aside- this only happened once in the several days we were there - extortionate price of onsite parking (100PLN/day) and although we paid in advance on checking in, the reception tried to charge us on check out, however this was quickly resolved

Staff are very professional and the location is great. We loved the sauna and spa facilities but wish we had more time to spend there.

Eggs at breakfast were runny and non-palitable the day that we had breakfast there. All other food was fine.

No Parking available...info is wrong. Reception unfriendly and not interested to help...had a big stress to park our expencive car safely...

lift didn’t work for two days. no massages available throughout duration. ice room was out of order. had to book to use the spa a day in advance. bed was two single beds pushed together with double mattress that didn’t really fit. not the most comfortable. scored 7/10 due to advertised facilities not being available/working
