Goditi viste frontali e tramonti mozzafiato su Kitty Hawk Bay! Si tratta di un appartamento per gli ospiti con 1 letto e 1 bagno annesso alla nostra casa con ingresso privato, bagno privato, terrazza esterna privata e spazio di vita privato. Di recente costruzione nel 2017. C'è una doccia esterna a disposizione degli ospiti, divano estraibile, accesso GRATUITO alle biciclette, WIFI e parcheggio coperto sotto la nostra casa.
Situato in posizione centrale sull'OBX a Kill Devil Hills. 3 minuti di auto per accedere gratuitamente alla spiaggia pubblica e questo è un quartiere meraviglioso per andare in bicicletta. L'accesso gratuito alle biciclette è disponibile su richiesta. C'è una passerella sul lungomare in bicicletta, Wright Brothers Monument è a 5 minuti in bicicletta, e molti dei nostri ristoranti preferiti sono a due passi dalla nostra casa.
La loro è una rampa della barca a 1 miglio di distanza che puoi caricare kayak o piccole imbarcazioni nel suono. Questo suono è molto protetto e un posto eccellente per gli sport acquatici.

The place is very clean and the outdoor area is beautiful. My fiancé and I loved riding the bikes to the wright brothers museum and local brewery. Eddie was always so prompt in his responses and made sure we had everything we needed. This place will be our new favorite stay whenever we find ourselves in the outer banks.

We had a really great stay. The house was located in a great location, close to the beaches and on the water. They really went above and beyond with access to bikes and kayaks. The apartment was really clean and the communicstion with Eddie really made me feel comfortable with where we were staying. They really have a beautiful home. My only negative comment is the pull out sofa mattress was pretty uncomfortable and there was some food left in it from the previous guest. We cleaned it up and it wasn’t a big deal but may want to pull that out prior to next stay. The sunsets here are a huge bonus! Thank you so much for having us in your home.

The property was just a perfect place to relax, enjoy beautiful views of the sound, and bike. It was centrally located for everything we wanted to see and do. We absolutely loved just sitting on the deck with our coffee in the morning and walking out on the dock in the evening. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed and we appreciated the suggestions for places to eat. The bikes, beach chairs, and kayaks were also appreciated! We will stay again if we can make it back to the Outer Banks!!!

The property is in a beautiful spot that feels very secluded. Loved having the bikes and kayaks to use. The location was close to everything we wanted to see but away from the crowds. The bedding could use a refresh. The pillows were very flat and the sheets didnt fit well.

This property was absolutely beautiful!! Clean, spectacular views, a comfortable bed, and very nice, safe neighborhood. The bikes were such a great addition to our stay and my daughter and I rode them every morning! Thank you for being very prompt with responding and making our stay incredible. Very quiet neighborhood, views of the sound were amazing. Loved walking out on the boardwalk and the outdoor shower - very NC beach experience! We did not take the bikes out but it looked like a lovely biking neighborhood. The property itself is not big but plenty of room for a couple, everything is new and clean, really lovely. Owners were very responsive when we had questions. Would stay here again!

My boyfriend and I were in town for a wedding and found this property to exceed our expectations. It was nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a great sound view and nice bike trails. It was so clean and had everything we needed. Eddie, the property owner, was so easy to work with and went above and beyond to give us great directions for the bike trails and recommendations for restaurants and sites to see in the area. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future if in the area.

Very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the sound. Check-in and out was easy, and Eddie replied to all communication quickly. Stayed one night for a quick trip to Kill Devil Hills. Apartment was very clean and nice. Great view of the sound from the private porch. Owner offered to put bikes and kayaks out for us to use. Apartment has a private entrance with keypad. Would definitely stay again for single or multi-night getaway.

Couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot on such short notice. Take in all of the views from the private balcony and take a walk to the private dock. Everything you need is there. Visited in January and bet its even better in warmer temperature. We appreciate the straightforward guidelines and privacy. Thanks for a great stay!

My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock. It has been recently updated and has holders for fishing rods and a nice big bench where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

This was all that was described and more! It was the perfect location to drive and explore the Outer Banks. Very easy public access to the ocean side beaches, stores and restaurants. Dock access to sound side with kayaks and paddle board available for use. Quick bike ride to Wright Brothers National Memorial (bikes and bike lock provided by host). We had a wonderful time! Very nice apartment in a beautiful home. The host made the check in process very easy with excellent communication. The location is the best of both worlds - easy access to the main road (158/Croatan Highway) and also to Bay Drive for beautiful views of the bay and sound. Short drive to Colington Island and Manteo. I highly recommend this property for a great OBX visit.

We can hardly say enough good things about our stay at Eddie’s place! The location is perfect for being central to all things OBX and we absolutely loved riding bikes to local restaurants and even the Wrights Brothers monument. We felt like locals being in the neighborhood and talk about an incredible view!! Eddie is an excellent host and all of his recommendations were awesome. This is the place to come!
