Everything was superb. Breakfast was great, the rooms were comfy and clean and the staff were delightful and very helpful

You could invest in a faster toaster - it was the slowest one I've ever encountered! It would have been good to be able to buy something to eat during the day. Nothing elaborate, just simple, a pastry, a cake or some biscuits with a coffee or a cold drink. Then my stay would have been perfect

The huge terrace looking over Palma was amazing. Staff was really nice, the room was clean and quiet, beds were comfortable. We haven't tried the breakfast, I can't comment on that. The hotel is in a residential area, which makes it really quiet (huge bonus for me.) Considering the price, this hotel is well worth the money.

Nothing important really. Sunday cleaning could start a bit later (cleaner lady was working at 8 am in the room next to ours), but maybe it was a one off.

I liked nothing about this property. I travel a lot, and this hotel was absolutely the worst place that I have stayed in.

I had reserved the room many weeks in advance, but when I arrived at the property, I was assigned a room on the 2nd floor. Upon checking the room, I found out that the bed was broken and my spouse fell off the bed as soon as she tried to sit on the bed. Right away we informed the front desk, and he said that is the only room that they have, and he came with us to check the bed. He sat on the bed, and he observed the same terrible condition. He said that nothing can be done until the next day when their technician can come to fix the bed. We also found out that the Television did not work either. The front desk charged my credit card for the full amount and they did not even offer us any credit :-( We had to go that night and stay at a friend's house. I would also like to add that the picture of the large swimming pool in the hotel's description on BOOKING.COM is false advertising, because there is no such pool at this property, and they have this note on the Front Desk that says that pool belongs to their partner property somewhere else that if guests want can go there and use. I took a picture of that statement and I have it as evidence, and can provide it upon request.

Quiet, clean, a short walk to the waterfront

The room was very spacious, the bed comfy, enough storage space, beautiful balcony with a nice view, quiet area. 5 minutes walk from the bus station. Super friendly staff. Very close to Castel Bellver. Also a few supermarkets close by.

The locationis great! The problem was with the staff! Firstly, they were very slow with our check in. Moreover, I forgot there a trouser, I called them 5 times and all the time they told me to call tomorrow!

Location of the hotel was perfect , they even let us have our moped outside the hotel to be safe

The hotel was clean, tidy, very quiet and not too far from the centre (25 minutes walk). The staff were very very friendly and helpful.

The internet was good overall, but a little on the slow side.

Breakfast is good quality., That's the only consolation for staying at this hotel.

The fundamental problem is both room and bathroom are too small to make you feel comfortable. Not enough table or shelving for keeping your necessities. Either sink is too shallow or faucet neck too short, it spills water to outside then drips to the floor, regardless how careful you are (see picture).. No towel rack, so all dry and wet towels have to be hung on the same hanger bar (see picture). Too many corners are cut to justify a 3 star rating.

Fantastic breakfast, an incredibly comfortable bed, excellent friendly and helpful staff. fantastic shower, convenience stores nearby. A brilliant hotel all round.

A kettle/drinks making facilities in the room would have been handy.
