Rien vraiment un super hôtel avec du personnel très agréable

Breakfast was good each morning. The staff were all very friendly, in particular Miguel who worked at nights he was extremely friendly and very helpful.

There is some noise at night due to people leaving the bars, but nothing that the hotel can do about that.

Not a 4 star Spa. Not a Spa at all and below standard. Small pool, poor rooms. Beds are more like stretchers, bathroom outdated. Very poor value for money. This is a 2 star facility.

We enjoyed the large jetted tub in the bathroom and the lavender bath salts. We also appreciated the air conditioning, which can be hard to come by in Europe but is absolutely necessary in the blistering hot summer months. Finally, we liked that there was a large, clean supermarket right across the street.

The hotel is ~10 min walk to the beach. You are in a beach town, yet nowhere near the water. The streets in the town are incredibly narrow and there is no place to park while checking-in. The elevators in the underground parking garage didn't work, so we had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs. The entire hotel felt highly trafficked and a little dirty, especially the hot tub that had stuff floating in it, murky water, and used cups sitting around. The towels felt threadbare. The diffuser in the room smelled awful - we had to put it on the balcony and open the windows to air out the room. The window/balcony door opened to an alley, which amplified sounds from the street and pool area (especially "fun" during karaoke night at the pool). We couldn't wait to check out.
