La casa dispone di Internet wireless ad alta velocità, due (2) TV LED a schermo piatto (la TV del soggiorno è una smart TV da 60 "), divani / poltrone reclinabili in pelle, ripiani in piastrelle di ceramica, lavatrice / asciugatrice, aria centrale. giornata di relax in spiaggia e pomeriggi nella piscina semiprivata o su uno dei ponti / balconi che si affacciano sulla strada o sulla piscina. Il patio dispone anche di una griglia per barbecue e di un bancone da bar dove gustare un rinfresco freddo a bordo piscina. Nice house just a block from the beach! You can also walk the strip and get to any gift shop in under 5 minutes. The pool was clear and nice the whole time we were there! Bbq pit was huge and made it convenient for cooking for our group of 8. Very nice huge washer and dryer for keeping up with beach and pool laundry! The tub upstairs in the master was huge the kids bathed in it every night. Sofa has a pull out bed for extra sleeping space! When we first walked in it was warm we turned down the ac and turned on the wall ac (super quiet) in the master and it cooled off within the hour and the place stayed cold. Overall we enjoyed our stay its a great location and has everything you need for spending time at the beach and hanging by the pool!

the owner is super easy to reach if needed. Beach is like a block away short walk not much traffic. pool is awesome. house is very spacious. I'll be back and would highly recommend this or any of his properties that fit your situation better.

This was my first experience renting a condo through VRBO. The property met my expectations in that I wanted a short walk to the beach, a place that would have a lot of room and not feel cramped and a responsive property owner. The property owner, Roberto, was responsive, kind and professional. I would recommend renting this property.

We stayed for a few nights and the property wildly exceeded our expectations! The owner was not kidding when he said it was spacious. We had four adults, two children, and two dogs stay and there was enough room for the kids and dogs to enjoy themselves. There is a pool that was very nice and semi private that we enjoyed too. The tub in the master was very beautiful. We were so sad on check out day!

Perfect location, clean, spacious with all needed amenities!
We loved our stay. Plenty of room for our 2 adults and 3 teens. So happy with this lovely condo that allowed our small dog to vacation with us. Condo is clean, had kitchen stocked with utensils, cookware and a blender. Dishwasher, full size washer and dryer, nice sized pool and a grill! Beach was a short five minute walk and owners provide a wagon.

The condo is beautiful. Has everything you need, very spacious, pool area is a great plus and bbq pit is amazing. The owner is a great person very hospitable and makes u feel at home. Location is not far from stores/restaurants/beach. My first time being there and I must say we will be back there soon. 100% satisfsction.

Exceeded Expectations
My family was very pleased with this property. The pictures don't do it justice. It was in a great area, very close to the beach with easy access. Larger then expected as well. Close to everything! We plan to make this a yearly tradition.

Greatest vacation ever and wishing it never ended!
My family really enjoyed the townhouse all 3 nights we stayed. The rooms were very clean and big with enough room for 8 family members. The beach was within walking distance of the home taking us about 5 minutes to get there. The A/C kept us cool even with the hot temperatures outside. The pool in the back yard was a great hit with the kids and was always clean. The barbecue pit was a perfect and I used it all 3 days we were there. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative and we are planning another trip out there soon. Everything in the listing was as advertised. Loved it!

Wonderful vacation
This was a wonderful condo. This home is clean and well maintained. Kitchen was great for cooking meals at home. Roberto was so nice and only a phone call away if we had any questions. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor grill, made cooking meals easy. We could watch the fireworks from the balcony. The beach was an easy 5 min walk . It was a wonderful vacation in a great place.

My Family and I Decided to Stay here During our Summer Vacation this Year. The Pictures Cant Even Compare to how beautiful the House is on the Inside. It Was Clean Upon Arrival and We had Everything to accommodate our stay. We Look Forward to Staying Here Again in the Future.

My husband and I stayed at this property with our two Standard Poodles and it was perfect for us. It was very clean and just as pictured. There is a convenient beach access literally a 5 minute walk away....we walked our dogs on the beach morning and evening. We also loved having the pool and swam in it daily. We will certainly consider staying at the property again in the future!

Great deal!!!
My fiance and I stayed here for a weekend and it was just perfect. The price was more than reasonable, the rental was very clean, also looked just as it does in the pictures, very spacious, jacuzzi tub was a great bonus. Oh and I have to mention that the master bed was very comfortable! We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this rental to anyone!

Great Proximity to Beach
We spent just 3 nights here. It had everything we needed for our stay. Being close to the beach was perfect, and being able to park our vehicle in the garage was also an added bonus! Everything was very easy to get to from here. The pool did look a little dirty, so we did not use it. There are a lot of stairs and all tile floors (slick), so would not recommend for anyone with small children or the elderly. The upstairs was warm and we could not get the wall a/c unit to turn on, but we did not notify anyone, as we were able to make do with the fan from the downstairs. Laundry in property was great, was able to leave there with pretty much all clean clothes! Would stay here again.
