Simply stunning oceanfront location with decks galore

We were unable to locate light switches for the outside lights. I think maybe the back light is out? A switch near the door did nothing. The front spotlights appear to have no light switch?
The second floor is the only floor with AC in two of the rooms. The house was very very hot when we arrived and it took a full day for it to cool to the point of being comfortable.
It would be nice on the really hot days to have been able to cover the back wi does to help with the heat in the house.
Plenty of towels. Kitchen supplies were great. Beach access was right at the end of the deck.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It is well equiped and has beautiful views. The beach around the bay allows for long walks from end to end and was not too crowded. Plenty of shopping nearby for essentials and a short drive to many wonderful restaurants. A few small things in the house are in need of repair. We would stay again and recommend it to friends.

The location of this property can't be beat! Overlooking the beach from the bluff. 2 stories of steep stairs to the beach; would be tough for small kids. Beach was a bit rocky in spots, but very nice and private.
The house itself needs some work. There is only AC upstairs in (2 of) the bedrooms. They are window ACs and very loud. Downstairs only about half of the windows work, which is problematic on hot days. Some of the screens have holes, which meant squirrels or chipmunks got into the kitchen overnight and had a croissant and fruit party. Food and poop EVERYWHERE!
Overall though a very good stay. If they replaced the windows and updated just a little bit it would be perfect! Had all of the amenities you could ask for. Easy check in/out, good communication.

I thought the property was wonderful. The location was amazing. A little hard to find the house initially. We arrived very late at night and there wasn't a sign with the house number. The house was comfortable but it could really use an additional half bath downstairs. Other than that, a few items could benefit from some updates / repairs. ie., Windows in living room are missing cranks to open them, screens are torn and could be replaced, deck chair cushions are moldy and should be cleaned or replaced. The beds were very comfortable and two of the bedrooms had AC units which added to the comfort.
Overall, we thought the place was wonderful and we would certainly rent it again. Thank you so much!

This was an ideal summer property on so many levels. The place was squeaky clean. The kitchen was very well equipped, complete with some sharpened knives. (Cooks will know what I mean.) The outside shower was private and powerful. Close to Plymouth for shopping and exploration. Best of all was the outside deck and the steps down to the beach. All that without having to go over the bridge!

Minor frustrations but great place
Finding the house is tricky as the house number is not well visible and it’s behind another house.
The view from the living room is amazing!
Not all windows open or have functional cranks, which was a frustration on hot days.
The beach immediately in front is perfect. Shallow for a while and a great place for the kids. To one side it does get rocky and has more seaweed. It’s not overly populated. So thankful to be on the beach and not have to negotiate traveling with 3 toddlers.
The area of Plymouth is lovely and accessible.

Views were Fantastic-Right on the Oceanfront. Two long steep stairs direct down to beach but worth it!
Master Bedroom was incredible.Other two bedrooms were Very nice and roomy. Bathroom was good and water pressure excellent. never ending beach for walks and Plenty of Sea Glass- Black, Red!, Aqua, Cobalt, Neon Yellow!, Lime Green, Forest Green, Clear, Amber.. All Americans should Visit Plymouth at least Once to experience how Faith in God and communing with the Indians was the Only reason the Colonies Survived.

Great Stay
This house would be perfect any year but was especially great in the year of COVID. The privacy of the house and beach were ideal. The master bedroom deck and lower deck are great places to take in the amazing sunsets and rises. We ate dinner every night on the lower deck. While the beach is rocky, there was plenty of sandy area for the family to relax and play and with water shoes it was easy to wade in and enjoy the beautiful water

Terrific location with beautiful sunrises.
Friendly neighbors—enjoyed relaxing on the deck with them in the evening. Everything was as expected. If there was one thing that would have made it better was more towels. Since there was no washer or dryer, we wouldn’t have made it without taking them out to launder. Would have loved to have cushions on the deck furniture as well but overall, it was a wonderful week!

Wonderful place to stay!
My parents and I stayed here in the middle of August and had a really great time. My family has spent a week in Manomet every summer for years. This was one of the best places I have stayed. The view was amazing. It was great having a house so close to the beach. The interior was comfortable and clean. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem at all and it was nice to have constant fresh air. I highly recommend this beach house.

Relaxing time in Cape Cod with gorgeous view
My family of four loved this home. The view from the family room was stunning. The decor light, breezy, and clean. Two large sofas to take in the view. All the comforts of home and loved the well-stocked kitchen. Ate more meals at home than usual on a vacation so much appreciated. Took advantage of really nice 5k run in neighborhood. Went on day trips to Provincetown from Plymouth and Martha's Vineyard from Woods Hole. Both very accessible. Read books from the bookshelf (thank you), Also brought our kayaks which were a lot of fun on the bay directly from the beach. We were there during July 4th holiday and were treated to spectacular fireworks on the 3rd all along the beach. Not being from the area (we are from Michigan) we were surprised by how cold the water was - 60 degrees in July! Only gave four stars due to lack of laundry, air conditioning, and a half bath downstairs. Would recommend staying here again.

Beautiful home on private beach!
The house was exactly as described. Everything you expect from a vacation house. There was 4 of us and there was plenty of room. Master bedroom had a deck and a wonderful view. Since you are so close to the water, the sound of the waves crashing at night were a bonus! Friendly neighbors on each side. Beach was not rocky this year. As the beach changes each year you don't know what you will get. This year it was all sand and perfect.

Amazing Manomet Property
Had a great week. The refrigerator was replaced quickly, appreciated the fast turn around time. Love the house -perfect for us. Listing was accurate, location is great. We have rented through out New England but we all agreed this is our favorite.

Wonderful Getaway
We chose a last minute getaway and were lucky enough to find this beachfront home! Ethan (property manager) and his team were very efficient and helpful and made the rental process seamless-and very prompt return of security deposit! We have rented many homes in the past and this was by far the cleanest. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked many meals there, including fresh lobster from the Lobster Pound a few miles up the road. There was a bookcase filled with a nice variety of beach reads and there were a few board games available also. We were pleased to discover beach chairs and umbrella as well as a few beach toys for my 9 year old. There is no a/c, but there were 2 fans available. The beach is resident use only so not too crowded. Nice sandy beach, but a little rocky, beach shoes were necessary. Overall, a great beachfront cottage.

Excellent location with everything you need
This is a beautiful home right on the beach. In my opinion, one of the best parts of the private beach as it is not as rocky as other sections. The house is great- kitchen had everything we needed and more, the decor was beachy and comfortable, and the location superb. I felt like I was in my home, but in a better spot! The beach is gorgeous and literally steps from the deck. Excellent home that I would definitely like to return to. The only negative was that there wasn't a table on the lower deck to eat on. We made it work as it is such a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the water. The upper deck has furniture that was great for breakfast, but we preferred to be closer to the water and in the sun in the afternoon/early evening. Thank you for sharing this gem with us!

Amazing and relaxing!
The property was incredible and the views from the living room and master were fantastic! The beach was wonderful and not crowded at all. The house was very well stocked with pots and pans and everything you would need and very clean. We truly enjoyed our time at this property and would definitely come back in the future!
