Our extended family just enjoyed a wonderful week in Sunriver and this house helped make it so. There was room for everyone to be comfortable.... Myself, my grown kids, and my 4 grandkids. The arcade room and the garage games were a hit for the kids and adults. The sauna was perfect when the rafting weather was a bit cooler than expected. We loved it and we'll be back.

The property was fun !!Lot's of games video and others for kids . Lovely rooms with access to the hot tub from all. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and equipment. Our family enjoyed the pool at the village and other amenities

We brought our girls group from church here for an end of the year trip. The house was perfect! Everything was in great order and stocked. The kids loved the hot tub and arcade games and us adults especially loved the sauna. I would definitely recommend this place! The owners are wonderful at quick communication as well. Thank you!

We went down with friends and it was a great fit for 7. House has great common space to hang around together and good distractions, including video games and foos ball. I also want to give special credit to the owner for flexibility checking out. We had a hiccup managing our cars and appreciated them taking some of the stress out of the situation during the check-out process. Sometimes people forget how to be good human being in this situation. I appreciate that they were understanding.

My family loved this home. Great space for kids downstairs, including the separate TV area and arcade games. The house was very clean and beds were super comfortable. The hot tub worked perfectly and the sauna was a nice way to end a long day at the mountain. Kitchen had everything. This is our second time staying here and can’t wait to go back.

This house was so amazing! We rented it with 2 other couples. The three king beds and 3+ baths was a huge plus. This house did not disappoint. The photos are very accurate. The house was clean and roomy yet cozy. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were spread out for more privacy. The kitchen was well stocked with most pans and appliances you will need, even a nice blender for smoothies. The big deck with a gas BBQ could accommodate a large group. Very quiet area. Great location to biking trails and the Oregon Observarory (which was amazing and well worth the cost!) The collection of bikes (8 or more) worked out well, easy to find the right fit. Or you can rent one in the Village. But bring your own bike lock. The owners were very helpful and responsive to any questions. We are looking forward to renting again next fall.

Great home for our family. Beds were comfortable and plenty of activities for the grandkids.
We didn’t use the deck because it was in the hot sun in the afternoon.
The only concerned we had was for the two crawling babies. The deck had large enough openings for babies/toddlers to fall through. And, the windows (floor level) in the family room had no safety latches. We blocked off the area because of the littles.
The air conditioning was great, actually, too cool for the downstairs. We had to block off some of the vents downstairs.
Overall we would definitely rent this house again. The owners care about your stay and are receptive to fixing any concerns you might have.

Pros:This was a large property, in a quiet location. It came with 10 passes to the waterpark. The kids enjoyed the video game room and the downstairs family room. It had 3 King Size beds. The property manager was fast to respond to our requests.
Cons: It definitely had some challenges with cleanliness. Upon arrival, my daughter washed the windows on the sliding door to the deck. They were left very dirty. The slider tracks were so filled with dirt & debris that you had to lean into them & use your body weight to get them open. My husband spent 30 minutes cleaning them out, so that we could easily open them. The wall to wall carpet was very dirty. We found the vacuum, which was badly clogged, fixed it and vaccumed the upstairs carpet. He had to empty the canister twice just cleaning the upstairs carpet. The kitchen was in need of some TLC. The kitchen faucet continued to ruin unless you left it in an exact position over the sink. The silverware holder in the dishwasher had holes in the bottom of it, allowing silvereare to partially slip through. This made it difficult to push the bottom level of the dishwasher back in. The primary bedroom had a sink that would not drain. These are but a few of the challenges we faced. None of which would I have anticipated of a house at this price point.
We have been renting houses at Sunriver for 25 years. This one was by far the most challenging. Unfortunately, the cons out
weighed the pros. We would not stay there again.

This is a beautiful house located in the center of Sunriver. The house was perfect for our family. It had two master bedrooms and a room with two bunk beds for the kids. It had a lot of windows, was very clean and stocked with just about everything you would need. The kids loved the arcade room and the air hockey game. It is close to the Sunriver Village and numerous bike trails. We will certainly recommend this house to family and friends.

This was the perfect house for our family (3 couples, 3 children). Lots of natural light, clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for gathering & eating together, but also quiet spaces for napping and reading. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, with lots of appliances and counter space.
The arcade games were a HUGE hit with the children; the hot tub and sauna was great for the adults. Good selection of bikes; the bike trailer for the littlest one was especially useful. A great stay. Thanks!

This house was the perfect fit to reunite two families for a few nights while exploring Oregon. It has all the amenities you need, we didn’t need to contact the host for anything. All went very smooth. We highly recommend this house!

The property was wonderful. The only suggestion that we would make is that we didn't have enough towels for a weeks stay and there wasn't any detergent or softener to be able to use the washer and dryer.

Great Family Vacation
This home was everything stated and more. The home was pristine. We used all the amenities including the hot tub, bikes and video games. Everything worked great. This is a great home base for enjoying all that Sunriver has to offer. It is spacious and allowed our family to spread out and relax. We used the bikes daily to ride to the village or to the river, waterfall and hiking. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for cooking and we made all our meals at home. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you for a great vacation!

Awesome stay for three couples.
We all loved our stay at this spectacular home not far from Mt Bachelor. The owners were terrific about rapid communication. The home is spacious and comfortable with beautiful furnishings, art, and separate areas to hang out or play. The kitchen and bar area are well stocked, and the entire home was spotless when we arrived. Highest recommendation!

Winter Wonderland
The house was exactly what our 3 families needed, with an amazing kitchen and dining area to gather, and space to spread out as needed. The kids, and OK the adults too, got a kick out of the arcade room, and the hot tub was a hit for all. Our ski bunnies appreciated the proximity to Mt. Bachelor.

Amazing Family Trip
For Christmas this year, since our kids are now all adults, we decided to do a weekend away with them and their significant others. Our plan was to go Snowboarding, however weather did not cooperate and Mt. Bachelor was not yet open. Once we got to the house though, it was not a problem, there was so much to do at the house alone. Great location, not far from the Village.
This house has everything. Is, clean , and has the most amazing kitchen. I can not even think of what you might need to bring, besides your own food.
The arcade is fantastic as well as the air hockey and foos-ball in the garage. I loved the dining area, where we all fit at the table to play games. We brought our own, but there were a ton of board games available as well.
There were plenty towels for the hot tub and showers for everyone..
Overall just a fantastic stay and wonderful hosts. Highly recommend.

Ultimate Relaxing Vacation Rentals
What a great time we had! We had friends and family from out of town, kids and adults of many ages. There is so much to do at this house, we were able to relax and have tons of fun. We will definitely return to this home in the future with our friends and family.

Comfortable and roomy
Enjoyed our time at this great rental in Sunriver. Plenty of room for our 3 generations. Appreciate the pantry in the kitchen having room for our groceries. Seems like at a lot of rentals the cupboards are full and we have to pile our groceries on the counters. Large deck with 2 dining sets, large hot tub, and the grandkids loved the arcade games. Probably about the most well equipped kitchen we’ve experienced.

Wonderful location for families!
We had a wonderful two weeks staying at this house with family! Plenty of space for kids to spread out, a well appointed kitchen and bikes to spare! Property managers very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Spacious home, quiet neighborhood,
Our Host Brandon was very nice and quick to respond to some issues we experienced while staying there. It is a very nice home, but we had some cleaning to do upon on arrival. Mostly the wood flooring and the coffee tables etc. The outside garbage cans were full so we had to stack garbage bags in the garage for 3 days until garbage pick up and we had some ants that decided to visit towards the end of our stay. Brandon again was very prompt and sent his pest control person right away.
We were disappointed that the pinball machines were out of order as the arcade feature was one of our reasons for renting this particular home. When I asked about them, Brandon told us they are working on getting them repaired or replaced.
Despite some issues and inconveniences our family did enjoy our time at Brandon and Karen’s home. It is well equipped and there was plenty of room for us all to make memories together.

The property was wonderful. The bikes are in need of repair (brakes and gears). Maybe consider having some tools available. The hot tub would not work properly after the first day. The game room needs to have all games functioning or perhaps remove the broken ones.

Very nice home.
We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The weather was a little challenging during our stay but the house is well stocked with puzzles, foos bay table, air hockey table, hot tub, sauna, video games and lots of nice bikes.

Amazing
Our family stayed and loved everything about this place. So perfect for us and our grandkids. We enjoyed, biking, the games In the garage and the game room. Deck and hot tub were awesome! Only negative is that the pinball machines were not working.
