Breakfast acceptable but not great!

This hotel has not restaurant service on weekends. Had to spend extra money on taxis. Charged me extra for a room with refrigerator and my bokiing reservation stated that there would be one. Very isolated location.

Everything was just fine , I only feel like they can add a bigger tv and more channels 😅 but that was about it , everything else was good

The breakfast was good, and a nice selection.

The bathroom was not quite the standard I expected, and the viewing choices on TV were limited. I expected at least Netflix at a Holiday Inn Express.

Horrible service starting with front desk. No ice, dirty pool. Kids running around everywhere. Adults drinking alcohol outside in the parking lot. Rooms are just nasty and old. I never had an issue with this place. But since they were booked with kids who play baseball they just decided to give me a room with one bed when my reservation was clearly for two beds basically telling me that is what you get when you book on booking.com. She mentioned she informed mom upon check in but she did not because if my reservation was for two beds why would I agree to take a room with one bed makes no sense. But since she was to busy on her cell phone going back and forth she was not bothered because she eventually stated they were booked and had no rooms. Never again will I stay there.

Did not have a hair dryer in my room.
