bigger block, spacious room with balcony and ensuite, green spacious field in the backyard for kids to play, natural environment, tennis court, featured ponds in the back garden, swimming pool and indoor games facilities, sitting areas with other facilities to enjoy within a family friendly atmosphere.

a bit back dated furnitures and equipments in the room for comfort and relaxation. no microwave provided in the room.

Very small fridge could not fit our esky contents in the fridge. Also the room was hot and had no mosquito netting so had to leave the door closed. The air conditioning unit kept on turning off making the room hot and stuffy and was not cool.i didn't have a good sleep and upon booking the room I asked for extra pillows for my sleep apnoea which was not in the room. After 6pm there is no staff member on duty so you can't get any assistance for solving problems. If you want to check in later in the night you will be sleeping in your car. They need to improve their service much not satisfying.

They tried to charge me for the room again after I already paid on-line, and it was written down the bottom of the booking sheet that it was paid. Shower not clean, there was hair in the shower. Bathroom fan was noisy. People walking around at 1 am making noise. No bulbs in the bedside lamps!

Everything. Service was exceptional. The staff were friendly and fair. Room was very clean. Definitely will visit again.

Check in was super easy. Parking was easy. Location was good. Room size and balcony were good. Basic view of gardens was nice.

Calling to confirm our check in - Texting or email would have been better as we were travelling, should we have missed that call due to reception we would never have been able to check in. Room cleanliness - Photos available if you'd like. Bathroom was dirty ( mold, built up fan dust, blood visible) and sheets weren't changed properly from prior stay. Mattresses - lumpy, springy, barely fit the bed bases, needs to be corrected.

The linen was clean, towels/bed linen, plenty of soap, tea bags, coffee bags, milk etc.

Pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable, cobwebs on ceiling, door track on sliding door filthy, vent in bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned for ages.
