We’d like to say special thank you to a guy from the reception. We had a medical emergency at night. He managed to call the hospital and took us there on his motorbike. Thank you!

Stayed in this hotel 6 years ago. And since then it made zero progress in improving. Once a low-bugdget, cosy island style hotel now turned into deteriorating, shabby hostel. Staff in the reception was helpful, but other staff was doing their day-to-day job not paying too much attention to the guests. Especially breakfast buffet staff were moody and looked annoyed every day. Room was worn out, with poor lighting, and missing couple of light bulbs here and there. Shower was broken, leaking water everywhere. Bathroom had only one very dim light. Housekeeping does their job very carelessly. Balconies don’t get cleaned very well so sand and dirt gets dragged into the room very easily. If you love onions then breakfast buffet will be perfect for you. All the dishes apart ham and sausages are buried in onions. Some positive things worth mentioning is hotel’s location (next to a nice beach).

bad shower staffs don’t know English to well so is hard to communicate and the receptionist girls are slow. breakfast super poor, not many options.

reception closed after 10 pm and it was not possible to contact the staff. staff at the reception did not speak English fluently and it was hard to communicate toilet was broken and for two times they did not fix it properly. the first time we realized during the night and there was no one at the reception to talk to.

Pool area and breakfast area were amazing spots to relax at during breakfast or a day out. Luggage transfer back to the pier by carrier was a great advantage as it was a far distance. Tipped him as well.

Distance from central town. Recommend a spot closer to town. Last hotel on the paved walking road. Lighting didn't work completely in our room. . Safes in the three rooms all failed intermittently whilest staying there. Breakfast was not great, pre fried eggs in a warmer. Juice was powder mixed on tang.

bathroom in the reception area never had toilet paper in the 4 days I was there. hotel is pretty far from the center of the island - good if you want peace and quiet, but still about 7-10 minutes walk

I really like my stay here , friendly staff, clean rooms , very nice pool , Good location, and very good for it price. They wait for you when you reach from the ferry to take your luggage and send you back once you wanna leave , that's a very good thing , Safe place ,safe vibe. I'll be back next year , thanks everyone

Ok I'll be honest, 1- the location is a bit far from the centre of the beach, main restaurants , party beach , I need to walk in 20 min to get there , plus phi phi Island is going throw renovation، the way was a bit difficult to walk specially at night , you need to be careful. 2- the breakfast was really really poor , unfortunately! Not many options, but it was ok to feed your Tommy . That's all

Room was a good size and clean. Staff were helpful. Pool area was really nice, with fantastic views from both the pool and the cafe area. Was very handy to have someone meet us at the pier to help carry bags etc

This is not a complaint of the property although there was quite a lot of construction work along the route between the hotel and town/pier which made the walk a little difficult in places. I am sure this will not be an issue by the time this review is posted.

the pool and beach view was amazing, this side of the island has the better beach, the size of the pool is great.

slightly further out from the main streets however only about a 15 minute walk, just a little dark as they are doing a lot of work around the area however did not hear any noise of the work being carried out
