Staff were very friendly, helpful and made check in very quick and easy. the beds were surprisingly comfy. shower had great water pressure.

The bathroom could do with a bit of a scrub with some bleach as a bit of mould was present in room 11. the ironing board is a tiny one that sits on a table. it makes ironing things very difficult. I think the motel should consider buying full size iron board as the cupboards have the space for it. ironing boards are cheap so it’s not too much to ask. the outdoor lights stay on last 12pm which is fine if the blinds actually blocked the light out. the motel should invest in better curtains that block the bright lights out. you can’t lock the doors internally which was a bit unnerving as there were some questionable people hanging around out the front of their rooms. didn’t feel overly safe.

There was no breakfast, location was very good and its near to all shops and restaurants.

We recommend to have common kitchen to prepare at least basic needs.

The lady at reception was friendly and helpful. Close to shops and easy to get to wineries.

The room wasn't very clean. The cleaner only emptied bins, no cleaning done and necessities ie toilet paper, wasn't restocked. Poor water pressure, taps squeaked and difficult to turn off.

Super friendly team, easy to deal with. Room was larger than expected, pleasantly surprised.

Bed was a bit hard for my liking but that's my only criticism.

very nice and clean room, confortable with ammenities like kettle and toaster plus a good size mini fridge with freezer. the location was an easy walk to the pubs and shops and not far from some good wineries. Rebecca was lovely and accomodating. even from before arrival

The location was suitable for everything. Though the property is old, they try to provide every facility possible which I liked.

The smell in the room was not pleasant. We had to slightly move the bed for our toddler and we noticed hips of dirt underneath the bed and side table which was shocking.

Room had a good size, clean and bed was comfy.

The Motel was excellent value for money. The room was well maintained and clean. The best part for us was the outstanding staff. They could not have been more accommodating. Well done to them.
