Great location and good facilities

Bed was too hard, and I ended up with a sire back.

This is my second time staying at the hotel, and would definitely come back a third time. The staff here are lovely and welcoming. The pool is great, plenty of seating and the pool bar is fantastic. The location is great, close to kuta beach and lots of restaurants, shopping, massage in the area. The bed was very comfy and good air conditioning in the room. Love the breakfast, especially the egg station but would be nice to see some more options.

The only thing i can say is the bathroom was a little bit dirty.

Great location. Staff were wonderful. Great pricing for food and drinks. Pool and pool bar atmosphere was fantastic.

Fridge in room was quite noisy and didn't get that cold.

Central location, walking distance for shopping, food and mini mart close by. Sol staff are friendly, professional and polite nothing is too much trouble for them and the older style rooms are very spacious. We have stayed at Sol many times before Covid and this was our first time back after Covid, was lovely to see previous staff who remembered us 😊 And meet the new staff. SOL has a great pool and lovely Gardens. We enjoyed our stay.

Just some changes in the rooms, different from last visits, no information, for TV channels, phone directory, paper drink coasters, hand towels. But these are minor and we still had an enjoyable stay 😊 Will be back 😊

This was excellent value for me. Location right in heart of Kuta near beach. Breakfast was excellent. Exceptional!

Friendly staff, helpful always... We travelled with an infant and a kid, staff was so helpful to get our baby food done freshly, and helping with everything. Place, is in central Kuta. So close to everything. So many nearby local markets.Great place . Highly recommended.....!!!

Wonderful staff, wonderful outdoor pool and area, room serviced daily, beautiful hot showers, comfortable beds, big sized bedroom, balcony, swim up pool bar, loving trainee junior staff.

The room was very big and beautiful. The pool area was as in pictures. The breakfast was pretty basic but good and included some Indonesian dishes. Location was just perfect close to everything in Kuta.

The bathroom in the room never dried out after taking a shower and that made the whole room really humid. Due to this the bed sheets were a bit damp as well as all my clothes I had in my bag and there was this moldy smell in the air. Wifi was quite poor and only worked occasionally.

definitely recommend Sol By Melia. The rooms are spacious and clean. House keeping does a great job every day. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. Good spot to stay at if you have a kids and even if you dont have kids. Good location, 2 minute walk from Kuta beach. Breakfast buffet is awesome!

Nothing not to like

The staff were absolutely amazing. We arrived with my wife very I'll from food poisoning and they had a doctor and nurse at the hotel within 30 mins. They managed to let us extend our stay last minute until she recovered. A big thanks to all the staff. Also, great location, close to everything. And everything was impeccably clean.

Only thing if I was to be picky would be charging extra for camomile tea at breakfast. Would still highly recommend this hotel.
