No laundry room

I am very dissatisfied. The location was great but the first room they put me in had problem with the electrical outlets. They changed me to another room and it smelled awful. Somebody had smoked in it and I had to be moved to another room. On top of that I booked a triple deluxe room and the reservation only had two people showing. I had to rent two rooms instead and cancel my original reservation and wasn’t even reimbursed for the cancellation fees even though it was a website false advertisement. Tried calling the hotel many times and nobody answered. Also emailed the hotel and nobody has replied to my email. This was a bad experience and even though the hotel is decent in general the service is very poor. It was a shame. I feel I was robbed.

First room with electricity problems, second room smelled like smoke and had to be relocated to a third room.

THE BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS AND THERE WAS PLENTY OF FOOD CHOICES. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE "DAN TO GO " BOX PROVIDED ON THE DAY OF OUR EARLY DEPARTURE. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PLEASANT. THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE AND PLEASANT, WAKING UP TO VIEW OF THE MEDITERRANEAN SEA EACH MORNING WAS SPECTACULAR.

THERE WAS NO COMMUNAL MICROWAVE TO WARM UP ANY LEFTOVERS THAT WE GOT FROM THE RESTAURANTS, AND THE MATTRESS COVER HAD SOME STAINS ON IT.

The breakfast was exceptional, and the view was astonishing! The room was nice comfortable, and clean. The pool is a bit old but very nice (inside pool) YOu have a dry and wet sauna, the dry sauna is a bit small but nice. Overall good experience

The place is a bit old, and there is not a lot to do around in the evening, If you want to get to the beach, you need to walk 5-10 min to the bus station and take a bus (approx 40 min drive) Overall we enjoyed the place

Mundar, the desk clerk the evening we arrived, was outstanding. Helpful above and beyond, made us feel very welcomed, found us a great place to eat and transport to get there. Breakfast was very good. Had a good rest after a long and tiring day of travel.

Friendly helpful staff and comfortable hotel, and a short walk to the Merkaz HaCarmel, with some restaurants and cafes.

Breakfast only "okay" and not up to the usual high Israeli standards
