The staff was really kind. It is possible to leave the luggages there after check out.

poor service, not even glass provided to drink water, no hot water available, room size is small stated in booking.com website

The location is very accessible coz infront is a Tram and a bus station however far from city center. I love the balcony view from the hotel.

From midnight the Verwarming (heater) got turned off and it is soo cold…

In the evening it was noisy in the corridor, people were talking. The fire alarm turned on during the night, someone called the manager, but not the fire department. Disappointed with my stay.

Wi fi does not reach to the far rooms

I love the place was really clean and very tidy. Super good connection with the city centre.

In the morning was slightly cold on the sitting area downstairs during the breakfast time. Should be a little warmer I think.

It was a very good last minute reservation. The location was good unlike our previous Airbnb. The stuff and breakfast was also nice.

Great value for money. We had clean room with balcony. Nice breakfast was included in the room price. Bonus was that the tram stop was in the front of the hotel!

The hotel is very good! Breakfast was 5 stars and it’s included in the price. Great coffee/hot chocolate, juice, pies, croissants, fresh fruit, yoghurt, granola, cereal, jams, Nutella, bread/cheese etc. The staff are super welcoming too. The hotel is right next to the bus and tram stops too so it’s really easy to get around. The room was very clean and quiet. Very nice stay!
