Che posto favoloso per trascorrere la vostra vacanza in Florida Gulf. Questo molto aggiornato condominio due camere da letto nel favoloso complesso condominiale Sunset Vistas è configurato e pronto a partire. Accesso diretto alla spiaggia, due piscine in stile resort, vasca idromassaggio, Tiki Bar, in loco Cafe, e cortile bellissimo paesaggio ne fanno un luogo da ricordare.
Con tutti gli arredi nuovi in tutto, questo condominio spazioso si distingue da tutto il resto in un edificio con un letto king size nella camera matrimoniale, e un letto matrimoniale nella seconda camera da letto. Per le modalità in più di sonno, c'è un premio divano letto queen size nel soggiorno, e un sacco di lenzuola e asciugamani per tutti. Ci sono tre nuovi TV a schermo piatto - tra cui uno per ogni camera da letto, Wi-Fi ad alta velocità, lettore DVD, e ogni elettrodomestico da cucina potrebbe essere necessario. All'interno dell'unità, troverete anche una full-size lavatrice / asciugatrice e un paio di sedie da spiaggia di alta qualità per l'uso.
L'ampio balcone privato offre una splendida vista, e ha posti a sedere per godere la vostra tazza di caffè. La zona pranzo ha posti a sedere per sei, con un granito sormontata zona bar per un pranzo informale o qualche spazio di lavoro.
Il condominio si trova al secondo piano in una zona tranquilla della costruzione, e il balcone privato fuori del soggiorno offre una vista molto tranquilla del Golfo. La sala fitness resort si trova proprio accanto, e l'unità ha il proprio posto auto riservato.
Trascorrere un paio di giorni o un mese. Il nostro condominio è il posto perfetto.

Very clean comfortable and welcoming stay. As a St. Petersburg resident it was a nice escape to relax in a beautiful place on one of our famous beaches!

Location was great! Easy access to the beach and didn’t have to fight the crowds. We asked for an early check in and was granted early access.

We were pleasantly surprised by this condo. The owner was extra accommodating to get us in as soon as possible. Two nice and very comfortable bedrooms. Updated & clean bathrooms. Nice living room and balcony to enjoy. Great beach & pool access. They provided a cooler, pool noodles, beach towels and beach chairs which saved us from having to purchase these for our four day stay. A Parking Pass was provided and we thoroughly enjoyed many activities that Treasure Island had to offer. We were super happy with our stay.

We had such a great time staying at this condo! The furniture is totally updated in the living room, and eating area. The location is wonderful- close to pools, beach, etc. There's a few beach chairs, wake boards, and beach toys for use in the condo- so that was super helpful, and my kids loved finding the new stuff to use during our stay. Communication was easy with the host. No issues getting in. It's also nice because you'll have an assigned parking spot. The pool/hot tubs are open until 10pm, so it was great to take night swims after dinner.
One little tip is that there's Freebeachride.com to use..it's a taxi that is based just on tips. We ended up using 1 guy for the entire trip (got his number). Everything very close, St. Johns Pass was where we spent most of the time in the evening. Grocery stores also close.
One con of the complex is that you cannot use the internet for Streaming on the TV. I don't want to doc the condo for it, because it's a entire complex thing. The workout room is next door to condo, therefore you do hear people dropping weights- but with little kids around, it didn't matter to us much. Overall, GREAT STAY! Thanks again!!!!!!

The property was as described on the website. Great location to the beach. Only issue was the gym located right next to our room. Guests kept dropping weights and it sounded like they were coming through the wall.

Management was fast to respond and also provided us with a pack n play for our baby to sleep in. The pool could have been kept up with a little better but we would go back again

Bedroom carpets are absolutely filthy. My socks were black from walking on them. Very poor first impression when you see how gross they are. New couch and table but the rest of the furniture should be replaced. Very beat up. Appliances should be replaced also.
Kitchen not well stocked with basics. No sharp knives for slicing. Excellent location though! Bathrooms were clean and plenty of towels. Easy check in

We were quite far from the beach and adjacent to the small property cafe which also doubled as a wedding venue. On weekends, music is blasting in the outside courtyard with people sceaming and dancing at night.

Overall, it was clean. However, the water pressure was poor in both bathrooms. Most of the furniture, especially the couch, was old and worn. Definitely needs some attention compared to other units in this same complex I’ve stayed in.

Property was as advertised. Beds were comfortable, the pull out couch wasn’t great but worked for the youngest kids. Loved the bar and cafe onsite, pool was wonderful and being able to walk right on the beach was fantastic! We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

We have stayed at Sunset Vistas before and we love this place and always love our stay here, the only complaint we have this time is what we paid for the room versus the room itself which is need of some major updating, furniture, appliances, flooring, mattresses etc…so compared to previous stays and rooms of other family members stays we were disappointed in what we paid for what we got, otherwise we enjoyed ourselves and loved our stay!

Dirty, it was so awful you had to cover the furniture to sit on it and there was only one chair because the sofa was so old it just sagged to the floor when sitting on it. The tile floors were so greasy and dirty you could slide from one room to the next. The bedroom rugs were so worn and dirty you had to keep your shoes on at all times. The listing failed to mention you could not use streaming service on the smart TV. I won’t be using VRBO again.

I wasn’t too worried by the outdated comments and feel the pricing was in line with the property.
We did find that the queen bedroom lights and fan would turn on randomly throughout the day/night, making sleep difficult. There might be an electrical issue at hand?
The pool & hot tub were awesome, the beach is amazing. It’s within walking distance of food and shops! Great sunsets.

We have stayed at this resort before and love it. This trip was no different.
We enjoyed being right next to the gym and on the first floor of rooms.
This room needs updates and TLC. Our boys had to stay on the couch pullout bed and it was old and uncomfortable. No one should have to sleep on it. The clothes dryer lints up quite a bit and makes your clothes look really worn/old after using it. All the kitchen finishes are very basic. Shower head doesn’t work very well in the bath.
Overall, this room is not well equipped. Enough to get you by but that is it.

Loved the location. Had a place a couple of buildings down for years. First time at Sunset Vista. Our unit is in need of upgrades. The carpet in the bedrooms is gross. Master bed and pillows need to be replaced. We got to visit the unit next to us and it looked very nice, clean and updated. We would like to stay again but a cleaner and updated unit. Thanks.

I really love the place the beach right there is good my kids love it but I will wish could be 3room one for each one because my 21year old son don’t like to sleep w any one also my 17year old the sofa bed was horrible need better mattress to sleep better my son did want to sleep there because he can feel all under the mattress very painful on the backso I have to sleep ther but was very nice apartment very cozy thank you.

The property was great, it was on the second floor which was convenient when considering all the things you have to take to the beach (chairs, coolers, umbrellas). The place was clean and had all the thing you need, the kitchen was well equipped with cooking items and the place even had some beach items we used to take down the beach. The check in process was smooth and the over all appearance of the condo building was nice, clean and very well kept. Would definitely stay again in the future.

The location was great with the beach and area restaurants/bars/etc. The property had everything we needed and couldn’t ask for anything else. The two pools and beach bar were nice, workout area was adequate, and on-site cafe was very convenient. The property was a little dated but has been refreshed. Guest bedroom was pretty small and carpeted bedrooms need to be replaced. Internet TV in main area was a hassle each time, but manageable as long as you are technology savvy. Beach chairs would be a nice benefit but you can rent loungers at the beach for $10/chair/day.

I wanted to really like the place. But If a cleaning fee is charged to me, then the place should be cleaned thoroughly. There was a dirty towel found in the main bath from a previous guest, neither bedroom was vacuumed (visibly dirty), and the bedrooms weren't dusted.
The place also needs updated for the price they charge (and should be marketed on vrbo appropriately so)- couldn't use one of the stools because it was so loose and wobbly.
Not all was terrible, but it wasn't all they make it out to be. Manage communication was smooth. Kitchen was clean. Showers were clean too.

Perfect location to many activities in the area. Many are walkable or easy to catch the trolley. The resort is well kept with great amenities.
The condo itself needs a deep clean and the furniture and beds are not comfortable.

The property was great and very close to the beach. It was also close to the weight room which obviously had its pros and cons, but I enjoyed it for the most part! There was quite a bit of sand on the floor when we arrived but it was nothing that bothered me too much. After all, that is what happens when you are that close to the beach.

Overall experience was ok. Condo needs more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning. The outside is a little more in down looking compared to the pictures. Very convenient entry to the beach and very nice pool area.
