The hotel is very close to Jomtien and Dontang beaches. The rooms in the new building (where reception is) are very modern and clean. When we were allocated a below expectations room in the old building, the hotel manager was very prompt and good in sorting out our complaint.

The old building where we were first placed is in need of a renovation, particularly the bathrooms. The beds are also very firm and could do with a mattress topper. Also, there are no toothbrushes/tooth paste or hair conditioner in any of the rooms. These are basic hotel items which should be supplied.

Clean and modern

Staff at the end of stay ,tried to charge 1000 bht for a dirty towel .I can buy 3 new towels for that price, A tactic sadly used with many hotels in Pattaya / Jomtien

Good size room, well appointed with large bed and good storage space. Housekeeping was very good, servicing room quickly and efficiently.

When I checked in, Reception staff were disorganised and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I wasn’t given a receipt for the 1000THB deposit I had to pay although I was given it back with no issues on checkout. Shower was in bath and had no power. I was on the 6th floor and the shower was just a dribble making it hard to shower and wash my hair Not an issue for me, but no full length mirror in room may be an issue for others.

you have some rooms in front of a building .. so close … horrible when I checked in I got this kind of room the staff changed my room and got one with pool view .. fortunately !!! it is never mentionned that they have rooms with an horrible view

Location is good

the location, the food was better than expected

the noise coming from immigration office across the street. big hotel with large rooms but the smallest room was used as a gym. one day they also started loud maintenance work at 10 am with no notice or apologies. it was the day after I got there from Europe and was still jet lagged. after complaining they moved me to another room with a different set of problems. no blackout blinds and loud aircon. staff didn’t care or even speak English other than the manager

hotel is very old. they give me other building which is very old. the bed was like a torture very very old and uncomfortable. when i ask to change to new building they asked me 400 bahts per night so i refuse. And there is no selection for new or old building at booking.com so i am dissapointed by this.

Kind staff, nice pool, huge bed, food from the restaurant and breakfast is really good. Very relaxing and comfortable.

Housekeeping knocking at the door three times in 15 Mins and insisting we open the door at 9am, even if the do not disburb sign is on, is pretty infuriating. Also the staff is not greeting and not very friendly

we already have been here before and again we have not been disappointed and could not be happier with our stay. located centrally in Jomtien soi 5 you can find everything you need in short walking distance and the baht bus to Pattaya is just 2-3 minutes away. wonderful decorated and equipped big room with more than friendly staff and a wide variety of food for breakfast make this hotel the perfect stay for us. oh - not to forget the relax area around the 2 pools and the restaurant that serves very good Thai and farang food at good prices! nothing to complain from our sides and we will come again next time!
