The staff were friendly and looked after my request regarding my mum’s mobility issues. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. There was a kitchenette with a microwave and good size fridge with a seperate freezer section on top.

It was great for a night stop over .

The long life milk is dreadful , coffee tasted awful . Little bottles of fresh milk would be so much nicer then you could actually drink the tea or coffee supplied .

The bed has the 2 back wheels broken but the worst was find some food under the bender and bugs as well , we did complain but they clean that small area and no the room.

Gloomy room. No windows. Poor lighting. Dreadful lumpy bed

Great hotel, great staff. Check-in was very easy, and I got the room I wanted. Good size room, newish bathroom. Nice to have a table and chairs outside the room. Little kitchenette. Close to everything in Tuncurry, and an easy walk to town.

Bed was a bit hard, a mattress topper would help. Not many tv channels.

The Manager is very nice and accomadating, nothing is a bother, it had the best shower ever, loved it, room was spotless, we have been back a few times, always stop there on our way home from Sunshine Coast n head off in the morning back to Sydney, every chance we get to have a free weekend, we book here, See you soon guys, HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Lovely helpful staff at check in, great sized rooms with everything you need. Smart tv’s that worked where a nice surprise for the price as well.

unfortunately on arrival we found food from the previous guests still in the fridge. The place was otherwise very clean.
