Breakfast was very good. Rooms were specious. Good value for money.

We booked two rooms. The previous guest of one room was probably a heavy smoker and the room was full of heavy bad smell of smoking which the hotel staff failed to eliminate. We had to change that room. Benefit of good proximity to MRT is marred by a stinky local open canal carrying sweage that spoils the whole area.

I really liked the politeness of the staff members, the facilities are top notch.

I stayed for just four hours......and i had to pay for full day....the room rent shoul be less atleast for those visitors who wanna stay for few hours....

Too smelly outside, can’t open the door. Location is not good because of drainage outside.

On 2nd May I stayed in Holiday, staff was good. But on 4th May receptionist GaganDeep, Punjabi staff is not professional at all and he spoiled our mood there as he charged extra though I booked for 3 guests. I had the same booking for 3 days, one in Taj Agra, 2 days in Holiday inn but my second booking with holiday inn the above staff manipulated badly. It made my stay unpleasant there. I booked from Singapore- I was really unhappy and Staff Gagan is unprofessional to manage guests, terrible staff. Hotel must have a good cook too.
