dinner quality at the restaurant

Everything Lovely hotel and very accommodating particularly at dinner when they discovered I had been struggling with the spicy food and one of the waitresses organised for the chef to cook me something without spices. The chef then came and asked if all ok. They literally could not do enough for you probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Would definitely stay again

I have been overcharged. I paid on the evening with my card for 2 meals at the restaurant. I have noticed on my final bill that they have also added the meals to my bill. I have raised a dispute with my bank

Staff gentilissimo e super cortese. Colazione eccezionale con buffet super ricco. Molto pulito. Camera molto spaziosa e letto comodissimo. Ottimo pranzo con richiesta di piatti fuori dal menù. Consigliato.

The restaurant was decent. Definitely not a five star experience but the food was decent. Waiters were polite.

Our room wasn’t very clean. Spider webs, bathroom had stains on the walls, cracked tiles on the side of the bathtub. We also did not get the 4 pints of beer as promised in the advertisement. The cleaning crew left a dirty towel on our desk which we kicked to the floor. We also lost hot water on the 2nd day of our stay which took several calls to resolve. The hotel also offered 15% all food but they would conveniently forget it in his bill unless they were reminded. I’ve stayed at other Crowne Plazas and this one was a very subpar experience. This was a below average experience for the price and I hope this hotel can do better for guests in the future.

Ruckus created by neighbouring guests late at night after getting drunk

Crown Plaza is a place where a guest feels pampered and welcomed . The property’s decoration was amazing and my room simply perfect and quiet. We were given all possible support by Bhagwan from House Keeping department. We tried both the restaurant and food and service were superb during my stay ……..Chef Roshan, Jeetu , Aayush ,Sahil were really very quick ,served well and helpful. Breakfast was also full of choice and treats. The reception was lovely and very good hospitality by Monisha and Shruti all the time . Checking out was absolutely smooth , Abhineet Chandra was very efficient and charming . While checking out the manager handed over a beautiful jute bag as souvenir from hotel . I liked her genuine interest and friendly and extremely polite staff . Thank you Crown Plaza staff members for making our stay such a memorable experience.

Everything was good. Didn't have breakfast because of the early flight. Accommodating staff.

I like the cooperative behaviour of the front desk staff especially Mr. Vipin Kumar. He has arranged and provided the room as per my choice. I really like the hospitality of the staff.

The dinner menu was lacking the seafood but the other dishes were sumptuous.

The overall facilities, especially the friendly and extremely cooperative staff, as well as the b/f spread, was very refreshing. The property fully met our expectations.
