Location was fantastic. It was spacious and clean with amazing views.

Small balcony. Some apartments had more outside space. A couple of the appliances weren't working which wasn't a huge issue but would've been nice for them to be working.

Really spacious apartment. We love the views and the location. 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants in Cala Ferrera or a 15 min walk into the busier Cala Dor.

The mattress was quite uncomfortable but it didn't ruin the stay.

The location was nice, apartment view was good overlooking the water. Easy to find the apartment and keys.

The apartment was not cleaned upon arrival from previous guests which is concerning given COVID-19 (see photos), the shower was clogged, the sink was broken - and while the property claimed to have air conditioning, it was only 1 unit in the living room - no units in the bedrooms so the place is VERY hot, and there are many ants. The pictures of the property on booking.com also make the bathrooms look WAY nicer than they are in person (in fact, they are quite run down). I was extremely dissapointed. When I called the emergency on-site number, the woman who answered was completely unapologetic and just said that the maids were very busy. They ultimately arrived 1 hour after our arrival to clean the place from the prior guests, but the sink was never repaired, shower was never fully unclogged. This was a disaster of a stay, and besides the location, nothing about our stay with Apartamentos Ferrara Park was pleasurable. I emailed the hosts via booking.com multiple times during and after our stay and have yet to receive a response.

Clean, modern, large, good facilities. Great location opposite the beach. Nice bars and restaurants close by.

View is mainly of the car park and partly of the beach, you can’t see the see unless you walk to the fence. There is a hotel being built opposite (other side of the car park) at the moment. It wasn’t to noisy and don’t effect us or ruin our stay, just something to be aware of.

Very good location,.Apartment was very spacious. Quite place and very close to the beach,restaurant and centre.

We were family of 4 and we didn't have enough hot water for all af us.We didn't have Wifi in the apartment and didn't have car parking, was very difficult to find space. For 7 nights nobody didn't change our bed sheets, and only once we had new towels.
