View was great! Relaxing area, ecofriendly and back to nature feel. Do note that the room only has a wall fan, and with nature, there is some bugs but the room was really clean with mosquito net. Front desk staff really friendly and awesome! I didn't get his name but thank you! They provide bottled water when you first get in, dont throw those away- you can refill water from the water tank in front of of the front desk. Its cold too! Picking this place means, you'll have a walk and climb quite abit but it was worth the calorie burning, with all the eating we did- it helps to keep the weight off.

Shower pressure could be better but I have no complains about that. For the people reading the reviews, just remember to respect the nature and don't litter, please. We saw 2 monkeys playing about nearby, they ran away when they saw us. We are the visitors, but they live here- the locals and the animals- so do your part to keep the peace ✌️

The location and layout of the resort are great! It's such a comfort to go back to the resort and just be in the lush greenery and looking out to the sea. I was sitting on the balcony one night and looked up to see a sky full of stars. It was very beautiful and peaceful.

I unfortunately visited during a heat wave. Since the resort doesn't have airconditioning, it does get very hot at times. I got used to it after a while, and really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and feeling the breeze.

If you only stay one night for climbing - ok. But you cannot relax and enjoy here, as you hear the loud long tail boats ALL THE TIME!

Beautiful setting, lovely staff, away from the busyness.

The staff are fantastic,nothing is too much trouble .Yes the stairs are steep but we were helped with our bags ,one staff member even took the bags to the ferry pier .Young lady on reception was lovely. Breakfast was good served with a smile and the most amazing view . long boats and cold water …not enough to put us off this wonderful place .

It was definitely a nice place and we did not mind the steps at all. Actually without the steps it wouldn't be as beautiful as it was, because the view is really worth it and the whole garden is very well maintained. I liked the plants and the whole atmosphere. One of the greatest advantages was free drinking water and you could fill your bottles. Eco -friendly!

Ok so it's not a property problem, they can not control it, but it was really loud. Longtail boats are going every few minutes and it was everything but calm and relaxing. Some of them are as loud as almost helicopter and you wake up in the night because of the noice. I guess it is Railay problem. We managed to sleep good with some ear plugs, without them, I would have been awake like 4-5 times at night. And there is no hot water. I now it's hot, but after rainy day and long trip some might still enjoy a little bit warmer water. It was not ice cold, but too cold for comfortable showering.

This resort needs a major upgrade. It’s not a cheap resort and to get here you are paying for the boat transfer additionally. The bath mat (towel - pic attached), my bath towel, pillow covers and the bed linen were either tattered or had holes. I agree with all the recent poor reviews for this property.

Nescafé for coffee. Orange drink mix for “orange juice”. I would have rather had the option to buy real coffee and real orange juice than have a free breakfast like this.

We really liked the out of the way location in the jungle and being close to lots of restaurants. Especially because there was not any people noise, just the jungle and long-tails. The grey moneys were very cute to watch. The staff were good and we spent a great morning rock climbing with a tour they provided. The free breakfast was a welcome surprise.

Beautiful sea view in front of the bungalow and a lot of green jungle behind with very cute Dusky Leaf Monkeys coming out every morning. Instant coffee wasn't in single use packaging.

This is no direct critique of the staff, because they surely mean well. Probably more of a management issue. However service was non existent when faced with problems that needed fixing in our bungalow. First of all the pictures on booking.com does not match reality. - The bungalow was worn down and had a strange odour. - Pretty severe odour from sewer in the bathroom, which attracted flies. Maid tried to fix it, but it only helped for a few hours. Had to sleep in sewer smell every night, despite bathroom door being closed. - No hot water in the shower at night, and extremely hot in the morning. No in-between. - No fridge. - No bedside/reading lamps. - The smoke detector had been removed from the bedroom (main room) and the fire extinguisher on the front porch was missing. - The batteries in the safe had eroded, which meant it wasn’t working the entire stay. Staff was unable to fix the problem/gave up. - The Wi-Fi went on and off during our stay and had to be rebooted daily. Had planned a 5 night stay, but ended up checking out on day 3, since the hotel did not meet expectations and staff was not able to move us to another bungalow/fix any of the problems. Staff is polite, but understands very little to no English. Did’t bother to ask for money back as it seemed hopeless.

Beautiful bungalow, realy cute and comfy. In the jungle, great view, nice location and sometime some sweet monkeys:) Feel good in this place. Value for money. Hightly recommended !!
